Every time I have been to R&R the service and food have been great.Today kind of turned me off to them.We get there and are seated.They are not very busy.The server comes out and gets our drink order. No problem.We get our drinks and order an appetizer. It comes out in about 5-10 minutes. No problem.We order our rolls (2 total). It takes 30 minutes. Um, why?Tried to get a refill, server gets cup. After 5+ minutes, had to ask for it back. They forgot. Umm...Food finally comes out and is very disappointing. The fried batter on the rolls was obviously stale when it was fried. The portion seems to be smaller (supposedly nonexistent inflation, perhaps). Problem.The servers were also too interested in flirting with some guy at the bar than doing their job.Might not be back...

Order some sushi and a chicken fried rice plate. Sushi is some of the best I’ve ever had in my life I mean 11/10 there but the fried rice was decent at best and charged me an extra 4 dollars for chicken only to get 6 or so small pieces of chicken. I’d say go for the sushi and hibachi but forget about the fried rice!

The food here is so freakin good! My husband and I absolutely love this place. I feel like the service has gone down a little bit but it’s still a great place to eat at for sure. Only thing I will say is the Kitchen staff was being pretty loud and and they were cussing with children present which some people might not appreciate.

the first time we went we loved this place. the atmosphere was great and our server hannah was amazing and such a sweet heart. this prior trip was anything but that. we walk in and chose a booth to sit in and shortly after the server came over to get our drink order and asks if we knew if we wanted any appetizers yet which our reply was " not yet we need a few more minutes if you don't mind. " he leaves and returns with the drinks and at this point we knew what we wanted and he asks again if we're ready and we tell him which appetizers we wanted and before we could say anything else his reply was " so i really didn't like y'all's vibe when yall came in the door so yall are gonna have to leave. i've already texted my manager and told them i wasn't gonna serve yall. " we were astonished at how rude and condescending his tone and demeanor was we just quietly got up and left. keep in mind we were polite as can be when we walked in asking him how he was doing and thanking him for getting our drinks in. ive never experienced any kind of customer service as terrible as this today.

This resturaunt is super unique. I love the record menus and the guitars on the wall. The atmosphere is so cool and the food is wonderful and there's alot of options to choose from.

The staff is very nice and professional, the sushi was terrific. We ordered online and it was ready fast. The place is very clean and has a rock n roll theme inside. I would highly recommend this place if you enjoy great sushi.

Ordered the unplugged roll and it was awful. The roll was a total of 5 pieces for $14 and it was wrapped in cucumber (as noted), and the sushi chef used the outside of the cucumber including the skin rather than the flesh, and the filling was literally not even enough to stuff the cucumber casing. The seaweed salad is two bites of seaweed on top of a bowl of greens to make it appear as more for $6. Support somewhere more authentic that actually knows what they’re doing; this place was not worth the money.
