They are LIARS MY TOTAL WAS 11.99 and the boy said 11.99 so I gave him 12 and said keep the penny then he says no it’s 13.10 I said oh okay so I didn’t have a one I gave him a 5 and he was looking at it funny I said did I confuse u he said no and slammed the drawer shut. I gave him $17 and it was 13.10. They kept telling me I was lying I gave him a one blah blah blah anyways they WERE VERY RUDE AND LIARS I went back when I thought for a second ok so if I gave him 13 why didn’t he tell me that wasn’t enough again.? Then of course they said he had a bucket of change and did the 10 cents. They are a joke also when I was ordering the man doing whatever with the cheese at the beginning of the line looked at the girl and said I cut my thumb she said when he said just now and he never stopped to attend to the cut!

I buy at least 2 pizzas here a week and I got off late today and it said on the website they close at 8 called to order a pizza and they wouldn’t make me one they said there kitchen closes at 7 and this was 7:10 if that’s the case they need to have this posted or added to the website.

*0 STARS* I am standing in front Sbarro at Barnes Crossing Rd in Tupelo Ms at (12 : 16 pm ) and just had the worst experience ever! The staff is very rude and horrible, the food don't get me started on the food. I seriously don't understand why this place is still open! Yesterday at (2:36 pm) me and my sister and my nephew came to get some pizza (3 pepp , spaghetti with meatballs and 3 teas) The pizza was burnt and pepperoni was molded , spaghetti was dry and the meatballs had a very weird taste and the tea tasted like weed! I asked for a refund but I was "NO We don't do refunds" So my sister asked to speak with the manager and was told "No". So my nephew has a grade 3 stomach virus and food poison! Please do NOT EAT HERE!!!!!!! I WILL BE GETTING IN TOUCH WITH TUPELO HEALTH DEPARTMENT AND MY LAWYER IS READY TO SUE!!!!!!

I just left from this rude and horrible place in Tupelo, MS! My friend and i went to Sbarro at 1001 Barnes Crossing Road! And we ordered ( 3 slices of pepperoni ) and apparently side of attitude , hair and bugs!The workers are so nasty and lazy! It took 30 minutes for them to notice us , the pizza was burnt and dried! The tea tasted like bleach and toilet water! I can't even explain how bad our experience was. I hope that this place close down , the workers are nasty, rude and horrible. The vibes are OFF! *ZERO STARS* i just left 10 minutes ago and i had the WORST experience EVER! The sausage pizza was molded and not cooked properly, I found blonde hair in my drink, my pizza was COLD! The worker with the dreads and the lady with the blonde hair was very VERY RUDE!!! I asked her if I could speak with the GM (the blonde hair lady said she was the “manager”) i told her to act like one and being rude to PAYING CUSTOMERS! This place has gone downhill the food is always molded ,the employees are freaking disgusting and rude I’m tired these people with their attitude up here! Btw i was a secret shopper!❤️

Don't use the online order system. I'm here waiting for my order that was supposed to be ready for pickup at 6:11 PM per their online ordering system. It was paid for through the app.
When I got to the counter for pickup, I was told it hasn't been started yet, but they would get it started now. The only reason I'm waiting is because it would take just as long to start an order now somewhere else.
I've been a big fan of Sbarro over the years. Unfortunately, today was horrible. We won't be doing anymore online ordering here. There are plenty of other pizza places that get this part right.
Edited to add that it is now 6:42 PM. My pizzas are still not ready, and a gentlemen who came in after me and ordered 4 pizzas at the line just walked out with his order before mine.

I would love to give this restaurant zero stars , but i can’t! I went to Sbarro , 1001 Barnes crossing (7/25/23 at 1:30 pm) , and had one of the worst experiences of my life ! One : the employee was very rude and nasty! Two : the employee or manager was acted like me and my husband wasn’t standing there, three : they had people in the kitchen touching all over the food! So i guess the manager finally took our order, i ordered (two slices of pepperoni and three bread sticks and one slice of cheese , and baked ziti! I was overcharged for my food and the food was BURNT and I mean BURNT! The cheese on the pizza was molded and baked ziti was watery and the bread sticks were hard! I asked for a refund and i was told (HELL NO) then i asked could i speak with the manager and i was denied! I absolutely cannot deal with the new employees,I’ve been a loyal customer of sbarro for ten years! I’m seriously considering calling the health department! SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!!!!
