I just left from this rude and horrible place in Tupelo, MS! My friend and i went to Sbarro at 1001 Barnes Crossing Road! And we ordered ( 3 slices of pepperoni ) and apparently side of attitude , hair and bugs!The workers are so nasty and lazy! It took 30 minutes for them to notice us , the pizza was burnt and dried! The tea tasted like bleach and toilet water! I can't even explain how bad our experience was. I hope that this place close down , the workers are nasty, rude and horrible. The vibes are OFF! Definitely calling the health department!!!

*ZERO STARS* i just left 10 minutes ago and i had the WORST experience EVER! The sausage pizza was molded and not cooked properly, I found blonde hair in my drink, my pizza was COLD! The worker with the dreads and the lady with the blonde hair was very VERY RUDE!!! I asked her if I could speak with the GM (the blonde hair lady said she was the “manager”) i told her to act like one and being rude to PAYING CUSTOMERS! This place has gone downhill the food is always molded ,the employees are freaking disgusting and rude I’m tired these people with their attitude up here! Btw i was a secret shopper!❤️

I would love to give this restaurant zero stars , but i can’t! I went to Sbarro , 1001 Barnes crossing (7/25/23 at 1:30 pm) , and had one of the worst experiences of my life ! One : the employee was very rude and nasty! Two : the employee or manager was acted like me and my husband wasn’t standing there, three : they had people in the kitchen touching all over the food! So i guess the manager finally took our order, i ordered (two slices of pepperoni and three bread sticks and one slice of cheese , and baked ziti! I was overcharged for my food and the food was BURNT and I mean BURNT! The cheese on the pizza was molded and baked ziti was watery and the bread sticks were hard! I asked for a refund and i was told (HELL NO) then i asked could i speak with the manager and i was denied! I absolutely cannot deal with the new employees,I’ve been a loyal customer of sbarro for ten years! I’m seriously considering calling the health department! SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!!!!

Don't use the online order system. I'm here waiting for my order that was supposed to be ready for pickup at 6:11 PM per their online ordering system. It was paid for through the app.When I got to the counter for pickup, I was told it hasn't been started yet, but they would get it started now. The only reason I'm waiting is because it would take just as long to start an order now somewhere else.I've been a big fan of Sbarro over the years. Unfortunately, today was horrible. We won't be doing anymore online ordering here. There are plenty of other pizza places that get this part right.Edited to add that it is now 6:42 PM. My pizzas are still not ready, and a gentlemen who came in after me and ordered 4 pizzas at the line just walked out with his order before mine.Please make this make sense.

Barnes crossing Mall Tupelo Mississippi my wife and I went to the food court she selected food from one food vendor and I went to get a slice of pizza from Sbarro. There was only one slice of pepperoni it had been there long enough to look dried out however the cook was taking a fresh pepperoni and cheese pizza out of the oven and I asked for a fresh piece she told me that she couldn't sell the fresh pizza until she sold the dried up piece. Needless to say I didn't purchase the pepperoni pizza slice from Sbarro and I would highly disappointed as my wife was already eating her meal we don't go to the mall that often because it has gone downhill like most malls but I was stationed in Kuwait after the war and they had a Sbarro and they would not have served that slice to anybody. So I spent my money somewhere else I'm pretty sure I won't go back to that location.

On May 26th , at 1:13 pm I went to Sbarro 1001 Barnes Crossing Rd Tupelo, MS And ordered two pepperoni pizzas , one cheese pizza and three bread sticks and didn't receive anything. The woman didn't refund me my money, she wouldn't let me speak to the manager! Seriously how is this place still open? WORST PIZZA PLACE EVER!!!!!!
