Got there at around 8pm, Food came out pretty quick but was not hot and barely lukewarm. Tenders were hard and dry. Fries were pretty cold. Mackenzie at the front desk was sweet. Overall If you go I’d say ask for it to be fresh and don’t assume it will be.

My family and I walked in ordered our food and waited maybe 5 minutes for some decently sized portions. I will admit I was a little reluctant at first but after we ate I was thoroughly impressed and blissfully full. I was pretty disappointed there wasn't a varient of the Nashville chicken sandwich though.

Update: they have gotten alot better through the months with some change. Renee is great!
Drive through extremely slow. Be prepared to wait 30 minutes or more! No matter what. I have gave them multiple chances again and again. Inside service and employees were so great in the beginning and complimented them greatly then! Usually love the food. Today I wanted 35 minutes to get okay chicken and fries from the drive through. I don't understand how and why the food takes so long and the reason for rude employees that doesn't want to smile and even care how long it takes. I work in customer service retail myself and there is no reason for poor service. Please fix issues because I love the food. The mac bowl is my favorite! Gonna wait a few months before going back again.
