Total crap. The reviews was months ago. I ordered fried much rooms. 1st they brought me out 8 mushrooms yes I said 8. 15min later I got a almost half of order that was warm plus the 8 cold ones. Do not go here. Go to Florence Alabama slims. They do slims right. Corporations if you reading this I am sure you loosing customers and money. Maybe a manager that knows what they are doing could save this place.

On Monday August the 11 of 2025. Around 5:15pm. Went in for dine-in. Greeted right away by young man by the name of Sam. Made my order. Fixed my drink and sat in far corner with my table marker. While waiting the G.M.. believe Phyllis walked by and ask me if everything was good I replied yes, she the asked if I had been waiting long for food and I said no. She went on her way, think she was conducting interviews on the patio. Sam brought my fried mushrooms, he let me know the rest of my meal would be out be right out. Shortly after a lady came in store loud and agitated . Pointing behind Sam, which would have been drive-thru staff. Watching Sam deal with an unhappy customer. He handled like a seasoned employee.
