The system is always down which leads to trouble ordering and receiving food. I always get slushies with add-ins, but the staff always messed at least one thing up such as the wrong flavor, the wrong add-in, or they leave something off my order entirely. Not great!

Carhop tried to steal alot.of money from me. It was weird. Then got mad that I was upset. Left me sitting for like 15 minutes waiting. I almost called the cops.

Went to get drinks. Told us we had to use drive thru. Even tho other people were using stalls. Then tell us we can have sweet tea because it’s being made? Then proceed to wait 15 minutes for 1 drink for them to tell us. Oh, our card machines broke. Cash only. They failed to tell us this. That’s supposed to be disclosed before anyone orders. 20 total minutes of wasted time. To top it off after the little brat of a “worker” told us as we tried to give her our card she shut the window on us immediately and said sorry THROUGH the glass and walked off. Shouldnt be in the workforce if u cant do a simple job

Order of two drinks and two pretzels took awhile to arrive and they forgot to give us the cheese sauce for the pretzels so we had to turn around to get them once we realized. Also not sure if our server was wearing work appropriate clothing. However, the pretzel was delicious and slush was thirst-quenching.

Vegetarian options: There’s pretzels, tater tots & fries, mozz sticks, and plenty more meatless options.

You've got a 50/50 chance of a good or bad experience. Half of the time, food is fresh and order is correct but the other half of the time, food isn't fresh and your order is wrong. ??‍♀️

Server said closed, but there's 3 other cars here being served? It's 8:30, a full half hour before Google maps says y'all close. Either fix your hours or provide service.

Our food order was wrong. A big dude came out was rude and aggressive towards me. My husband asked for the missing items and napkins. This kid wear a "good vibes" shirt called us names and walked off. Notice he did to another car as well. I suggest investing in some customer service classes.

We did not get what we ordered. We were charged for items we did not order. We were not given napkins. When we pushed the button to get some help with our incorrect the girl blew us off. Once we were able to get the attention of the young man running orders out. He said he would bring out the missing items. He went back inside. A big rude kid wearing a "good vibe" stated we never ordered the missing items. He became aggressive. I stated I was just going to finish my meal and go. He then began calling me names. Definitely will not be back.
