I ordered a banana milkshake after oral surgery.it did not taste like bananas at all,it was lumpy,thin,watery,and prob the worst milkshake ive ever had.how difficult is it to make a milkshake?i rarely leave bad reviews but this was really atrocious.very disappointed in Sonic!

I ordered a turtle truffle nut blast and they literally sprinkled about 5 little truffles on top and nothing else and when I and when I said something about it she said it was something in there and walked off Very bad service and I will never go back there again

Ordered a large cherry limeade and mozzarella stick. Didn’t receive mozzarella stick or large drink so I ordered aging and they gave me the sticks but they gave me a small drink that was fruit punch. WTH.

Ordered the crispy chicken sandwich, got to work and it was burnt, the lettuce was brown and it smelled bad….called them and they said they would remake it for me, I thought surely they won’t mess it up twice…..WRONG THEY NOT ONLY DID THE EXACT SAME THING BUT THE OTHER ONE I ORDERED FOR MY FRIEND WAS ALSO BURNT AND HAD BROWN LETTUCE ON IT!! Don’t waste your time or money at this location, THE COOK AT THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO BE FIRED ON THE SPOT for screwing up 3 chicken sandwiches in one damn day!!!

We got two m&m blasts. One had large pieces of Styrofoam trash in it! My little girl spit out pieces of styrofoam from her blast. Her cup was completely intact. The other blast hardly had any M&Ms at all, had a couple Reeces bites and a peanut shell? I called and spoke to the manager who seemed totally unbothered and offered to remake them for us. I said no I’d like a refund.
