Our food order was wrong. A big dude came out was rude and aggressive towards me. My husband asked for the missing items and napkins. This kid wear a "good vibes" shirt called us names and walked off. Notice he did to another car as well. I suggest investing in some customer service classes.

We did not get what we ordered. We were charged for items we did not order. We were not given napkins. When we pushed the button to get some help with our incorrect the girl blew us off. Once we were able to get the attention of the young man running orders out. He said he would bring out the missing items. He went back inside. A big rude kid wearing a "good vibe" stated we never ordered the missing items. He became aggressive. I stated I was just going to finish my meal and go. He then began calling me names. Definitely will not be back.

They first overcharged me. Then when I got home with my food it was garbage. My chicken strip dinner was gross. The bread not even edible and chicken strips not even warm and overcooked dark brown just nasty. What has happened to Sonic? very disappointed. It sucked.
