I don’t know how Sonic manages to stay in business with service this unbelievably bad. I waited 25 minutes for a simple order of fries and a drink, only for them to forget the drink and give me cold, stale fries that tasted like they’d been sitting out since yesterday. The carhop barely acknowledged me, didn’t apologize, and looked like they’d rather be anywhere else. When I pressed the red button to ask about my missing drink, I was ignored for another 10 minutes before someone finally mumbled, “We’re busy,” and shut it off. No customer service, no urgency, and no care whatsoever. This place is a joke, and I wouldn’t come back if they were giving food away for free.

Other than the building is a bit outdated looking (could use some sprucing up like fresh paint new signs), everything else was surprisingly great . Even the waitress was very sweet.

Ordered my food on the app. When arrived I put the stall number in as usual. My food had finally said on its way but never arrived. After screen went away I waited over 5 min and never received it. I pushed the button to talk to someone and the man got snappy when I asked about my food and that is said it's on the way. He continued to be rude when discussing how there was on one car hop which is fine but do not precede to tell me my food is on the way when it is not. Then when my food was delivered the car hop did not acknowledge me and ran off as fast as she could.

Well this particular day I ordered chilli cheese fried. The fries didn't have much cheese or chilli on them plus the fries were hard but warm that made some of them soft. For the price I paid I expected better

My wife and I Stopped to get a cherry limeade and I needed a diet one since I'm diabetic. The rude car hop girl started to hand them to me and I asked which one was diet and she replied "I have no idea" so I asked if she could check. We watched her walk in turn around and come back out to tell me which one was diet. So I assumed she was right and drank it. Got up the next day and my blood sugar was sky high. Won't be going back there again.
