The workers are lazy they don't want to do their job. They were on the phone instead of making food. It took me in over an hour to get our food and it wouldn't even great. Sonic on West main and tupelo is he worst Sonic I have ever been to. Need to either fire folks or train people to do better at their jobs.

We ordered through the app which allows 5 sauce packets per order. All 5 packets (3 Asian chili, 2 Honey Mustard) showed up on my receipt with a $0.00 next to them We had a large onion ring, an order of chicken bites and a medium tot that we were going to dip in those sauces. When our order came out there was 1 Asian Chile sauce cup and 4 packs of ketchups, so I pushed the button to ask for our other sauces. He said this location's rules are 1 packet for an order of chicken bites and it doesn't matter what the app says, if we wanted more we could buy more but they would not honor what the app allows. I have NEVER had this happen at any other Sonic, and we eat at Sonic in multiple cities in this area often.

Their ice was also really weird, and somewhere between a slush and their regular ice which made it melt really fast and water down our drinks.

I understand the young lady was not happy being outside, but she could have faked a smile & sounded like it wasn't a huge deal to bring me a sundea. I also did not get even 1 napkin. Thankfully I had napkins in the car because there was chocolate outside of the cup.

We eat at this Sonic from time to time. The food is usually good and fresh. With the specials and deals on the app we have gone to ordering through the app and picking up our food or sometimes shakes. The app makes it easy to customize the burgers and coney just how we like them.

The hours could be better...seems like it closes early. A few times we have gotten ready to order and the app showed the location was already closed.

I like the Foot Long Cheese Coney and the Super Sonic Cheeseburgers the best of all the menu items.

So Sonic, you market slushes and drinks but have no drink holders for customers? Had 8 slushes I had to cancel because you don't have drink holders for customers. Maybe get some?

I was not very pleased with this visit to the Sonic.

We visited on a Wednesday morning about 9:30 am.

First off, I could not get the app to work, which is not this store's fault, but SONIC do better, this happens all the time!

Second, it took forever to get our food and drink. When they finally brought the food they forgot our drink.

Third, condiments that we needed when we ordered so we would not have to wait, and I did not bring them so we had to ask for them again & WAIT even longer for the carhop to bring them out.

Fourth, because we could not get the app to work we had to pay with a card. So we had to wait on the car hop to bring the card back, which unfortunately we were unable to tip the CarHop because they don't give you an option for that.

Fifth, I had to run to the restroom while we were there, IT WAS DISGUSTING!!! I CAN'T BELIEVE EMPLOYEES USE & LEAVE A BATHROOM LIKE THAT. I felt like I needed a shower when I was done.

Sixth, the parking lot is absolutely horrible there are holes everywhere. You have to be careful where you drive or you could pop a tire or damage your car.

I've been to several sonics, this one is by far one of the worst that I have been to. Sadly it is one of the newest in the area.
