Just want to shout out this sonic! We ordered a kids meal on the night of their Christmas party and the manager come outside to explain the situation and that the kitchen was closed. He gave us a coupon for 2 free meals and kids meal (to cover Brandon, E and myself)
We (all four of us) went tonight to redeem and they covered our entire meal!!! I am so thankful for people like him for taking care of his customers and providing wonderful customer service!!
Been here twice in the same month can't get a order right. Check your orders before you leave. Manager may need to step up there crew.
