Why are you charging for condiments? I ordered cheese sticks, didnt receive any dip for it and called back in to get it only to be told I have to pay extra for that. It is not on your menu that way and if thats your practice, it should be there clearly to see by what your ordering. Do better.

My burger, was burn on side, my Fred should have been hot, cheese was not melt.

Ordered a simple (what I thought was a simple) banana milkshake today. I noticed when it was handed to me the cup was stiff. Obviously banana cream has a slight color change to a pale cream color to it, well there it laid 1/2 inch stirred. The rest of the way the shake was never stirred and I received a cup of vanilla ice cream packed in a cup. đ€Šđ»ââïž whereâs these managers at while these kids are cutting up and playing while working? A lot less mistakes would be made if these kids had babysitters maintaining a work place.

Coming in from Memphis and decided it would be quicker to go through Sonic than McDâs. What a mistake. Ten minutes to get the order is too long at this hour.
We ordered two Super Sonic Double Cheeseburgers and a large fries. The burgers were very small as was what was called a large fries. Shrinkflation in full effect. First time here and it will be the last.
Made it home a few minutes later and the French fries are cold. Just bit into burgers and they are barely warm at all.
I cannot recommend this Sonic location. A customer could hope that after waiting ten minutes for the order that a fresh batch of fries would be presented. Par for the course in these partsâŠdonât expect much or youâll be disappointed.

This is the absolute best sonic in Tupelo, very prompt, courteous.
We ordered 2 drinks, a Vanilla Coke and a Diet Coke. We got a vanilla Diet Coke. And the Coke did not taste right. It is as if the syrup mix is off.

This is hands down one of the worse Sonic locations I've ever been to.
1. Drive thru systems barely work. Speakers are extremely loud and the sound is garbled/static/distorted. It's hard to understand the person depending on which drive lot you chose.
2. Half the card readers dont work! Don't even bother coming to this place unless you have enough cash to cover the whole meal, it's like playing the lottery when it comes to picking the right drive through lot on if the CC machine works.
I really don't like handing my CC off for them to scan it inside, when I should be able to use it outside.
3. Workers move like molasses. Nobody working with a purpose.
4. I order mozzarella sticks, and they charged me for the Marinara sauce, then proceeded to not even bring me the sauce and gave me ranch instead .
