This is hands down one of the worse Sonic locations I've ever been to.
1. Drive thru systems barely work. Speakers are extremely loud and the sound is garbled/static/distorted. It's hard to understand the person depending on which drive lot you chose.
2. Half the card readers dont work! Don't even bother coming to this place unless you have enough cash to cover the whole meal, it's like playing the lottery when it comes to picking the right drive through lot on if the CC machine works.
I really don't like handing my CC off for them to scan it inside, when I should be able to use it outside.
3. Workers move like molasses. Nobody working with a purpose.
4. I order mozzarella sticks, and they charged me for the Marinara sauce, then proceeded to not even bring me the sauce and gave me ranch instead .

Lady taking my order sounded like she was mad at me for some reason. also, some teenage girl who worked there walked past our truck with some guy and they were cussing up a storm. didn’t care at all that there were customers right in front of them. very unprofessional. girl was short with black hair, and long lashes. red shirt and sun visor.
I’ve had sorry experiences here time after time. And I’m all about giving the benefit of the doubt, from consistently getting my order wrong, soggy or hard food, long waiting times. It’s not worth it y’all. And watch out for this one lady there, if you pay cash she likes to keep change, not just coins, but bills.
