Normally I have a good experience at Starbucks, but not at this one. I ordered a drink and was very specific about getting light ice with my green matcha tea. When my drink arrived, it was FULL of ice, clear to the TOP, and I asked if this was light ice, and they looked at me and confirmed it was. I asked again, because clearly it was NOT light ice, and they said yes. I couldn't believe they looked mt straight in the eye and said that. This happened through the drive thru. I came inside to get some egg white bites I forgot to order and saw the young lady that took my order and confirmed it was light ice. She looked at me with angry eyes. I couldn't believe how rude she was. I just blew it off that she was probably having a bad day. Bottom line, she should've done something to fix my drink. She had an attitude and I did not appreciate it.

The insulating piece of cardboard should be on the cup before it is give. To the customer.

Cake pops were mediocre, and it took 19 minutes in line waiting on 3 cake pops with only 3 cars in front of us.

This specific location needs to be shut down and never opened again! They always have problems here I was just in there and they said they are not taking orders right now only mobile orders which is fine. then I seen people at the drive thru and asked can we order at the window and she said no. Then I called on the phone and the girl with the glasses and blue hair answered and said yes we can but moments before she said we couldn’t. Then she proceeded to tell me one of my drinks didn’t have cold foam when IN FACT! It did and I paid an extra $1.25 for it on my receipt and I told her can I please have it fixed and she just rolled her eyes at me. And gave me a cup of cold foam so I can pour it in my drink myself she was very lazy and has a nasty attitude towards customers maybe people won’t complain if you do your job right in the first place. I’m assuming the chemicals from the blue hair dye made her dumb

Pure garbage! Orders are never ready on time! They ignore you if you have questions about your order or trying to cancel it! If you all know this is the busiest time of the day maybgee you all should consider hiring additional staff. Or at least staff that acts as though there is an urgency!
UPDATE: Management got smart by telling me the current wait is exactly how long we waited for 1 latte! 37 minutes????? Yea ok ms smart mouth Arin(may be misspelled) but I'll be making a complaint on you as well

I placed an order on the app this morning, got an alert that my order was ready to pick up. I went to the door to go inside and pick up my order off the counter; however, both doors were locked with tons of app orders were sitting on the counter waiting to be picked up. They would not let anyone inside to get their app order. Why in the world do you continue to take app orders if you aren't going to let people get the order that they paid for. UNACCEPTABLE. Reported this to the corporate office before leaving the premises and was issued a refund.

They shut down in store service and only have the drive through operating, which is a nightmare. The staff is friendly and subject to this poor decision by management. I ordered online. Got to the store 20 mins later. Waited in the drive through line for 30 mins and my order still wasn’t ready when I got to the window. They don’t have the capacity to handle orders beyond just one at a time, in serial fashion. Your black coffee order will be subject to the complex orders of the car in front of you. The parking lot / drive through area for cars is awful to navigate because the parking spots are useless since you have to use the drive through. Many cars gave up because of how long it takes or because there simply wasn’t room for their car in the queue without spilling onto the main road. Madness.
