Starbucks can be a hit or miss situation. This one was a hit. Not only did they get the orders right, they were delicious, and they were quick getting them out. I stopped here at 6 am then on the way home at 7 pm for a day trip so was very tired and they were consistent with service and getting the drink right. Going to be my go to on our monthly trips upstate.

Normally I have a good experience at Starbucks, but not at this one. I ordered a drink and was very specific about getting light ice with my green matcha tea. When my drink arrived, it was FULL of ice, clear to the TOP, and I asked if this was light ice, and they looked at me and confirmed it was. I asked again, because clearly it was NOT light ice, and they said yes. I couldn't believe they looked mt straight in the eye and said that. This happened through the drive thru. I came inside to get some egg white bites I forgot to order and saw the young lady that took my order and confirmed it was light ice. She looked at me with angry eyes. I couldn't believe how rude she was. I just blew it off that she was probably having a bad day. Bottom line, she should've done something to fix my drink. She had an attitude and I did not appreciate it.

Cake pops were mediocre, and it took 19 minutes in line waiting on 3 cake pops with only 3 cars in front of us.
