This specific location needs to be shut down and never opened again! They always have problems here I was just in there and they said they are not taking orders right now only mobile orders which is fine. then I seen people at the drive thru and asked can we order at the window and she said no. Then I called on the phone and the girl with the glasses and blue hair answered and said yes we can but moments before she said we couldn’t. Then she proceeded to tell me one of my drinks didn’t have cold foam when IN FACT! It did and I paid an extra $1.25 for it on my receipt and I told her can I please have it fixed and she just rolled her eyes at me. And gave me a cup of cold foam so I can pour it in my drink myself she was very lazy and has a nasty attitude towards customers maybe people won’t complain if you do your job right in the first place. I’m assuming the chemicals from the blue hair dye made her dumb

Pure garbage! Orders are never ready on time! They ignore you if you have questions about your order or trying to cancel it! If you all know this is the busiest time of the day maybgee you all should consider hiring additional staff. Or at least staff that acts as though there is an urgency! UPDATE: Management got smart by telling me the current wait is exactly how long we waited for 1 latte! 37 minutes????? Yea ok ms smart mouth Arin(may be misspelled) but I'll be making a complaint on you as well

I placed an order on the app this morning, got an alert that my order was ready to pick up. I went to the door to go inside and pick up my order off the counter; however, both doors were locked with tons of app orders were sitting on the counter waiting to be picked up. They would not let anyone inside to get their app order. Why in the world do you continue to take app orders if you aren't going to let people get the order that they paid for. UNACCEPTABLE. Reported this to the corporate office before leaving the premises and was issued a refund.

They shut down in store service and only have the drive through operating, which is a nightmare. The staff is friendly and subject to this poor decision by management. I ordered online. Got to the store 20 mins later. Waited in the drive through line for 30 mins and my order still wasn’t ready when I got to the window. They don’t have the capacity to handle orders beyond just one at a time, in serial fashion. Your black coffee order will be subject to the complex orders of the car in front of you. The parking lot / drive through area for cars is awful to navigate because the parking spots are useless since you have to use the drive through. Many cars gave up because of how long it takes or because there simply wasn’t room for their car in the queue without spilling onto the main road. Madness.

I will ALWAYS recommend starbucks over Dunkin. Always. Just a totally different place and consistently good.
The hot sugar free vanilla latte I order is always great. I like their pastries, but I’m not a big fan of the other food items. They remember my name and the app is nice. I go when it is not so crowded, so the service is quick. On this day I took in a smoked sausage biscuit from Dodges to eat.
Parking: When the drive thru is backed up you can forget finding parking. They need to reconfigure the drive thru line.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, if you can find parking.

The barista with glasses and a septum piercing is always so nice to me. She goes above and beyond asking if I’d like receipts, straws, napkins etc. A lot more than others do!My drink was made incorrectly but after (I assume) making a face, she was quick to offer a remake. Will be back just might try something else.

Went through the drive thru today to purchase two drinks and a danish. Given, the drive through had a long wait, but I ordered my danish warmed. Got to the window and received the food and asked could I get it warmed up again. I didn’t catch a name, but the drive thru worker with short orange hair and glasses abruptly told me no and shut the window in my face. I waved for her to come back and asked once more could I get it warmed and she stated she could not do so because it’s been sitting out a long time because of the wait time, and she then proceeded to tell me well I can’t take it back anyways because I’ve already handed it to you…and shut the window in my face again. I come through almost every day around lunch and buy a drink and snack from this place. Spend your money elsewhere or at least at the one on North Gloster where they’re friendly and willing to be cooperative.
