Ordered a cup of coffee & everyone who ordered specialty drinks received their drink before the cup of coffee. I asked if I could have my coffee - the "trainer" in blue hair instructed the register attendant to not serve me & to continue taking new orders. My coffee had been sitting there - & my party was ready to go. Bad training & terrible service. If your register attendant is responsible for handing out coffee finish the order before moving onto the next. Not a fan of Starbucks in general & just another confirmation of why.

I order water here about every other week. Last week they said they no longer give out waters. Today, while in the drive through, my app logged me out. I asked the worker if they would be able to find me when I get to the pick up area. They said they would not be able to.

Every time we have come to this location it takes forever!!!! Even in the app the shortest wait has been 30 mins. It’s literally coffee- not a meal- no excuse that it should take this long consistently.

This location is the worst ever. The lobby is NEVER open and it takes over an hour in the drive thru. The staff isn’t friendly either. I’d rather drive 20 minutes across town to the one farther away from me. I always have a great experience at that one. It actually takes less time for me to drive to the other location, get my order and make it back to where I need to be in the time it takes to even order at this one.

This Starbucks is out of most of their food items pretty much every weekend. The past 3 times I’ve ordered on the app, I get there and wait about 45 minutes just for someone to finally come up to me and be like “did you order (food item)? Sorry we don’t have it.” Why is it showing available then? Everything else is showing unavailable anyway!

We walked in to a room full of people sitting, without drinks, when one of the baristas told us their wait time was 45 minutes. They had 3-4 workers and the drive through was long as well. We were driving home from vacation and decided not to wait.
