I love this Starbucks and I love their coffee. I order ahead of time and within five minutes it’s ready. Their mocha lattes are the best I’ve ever had.

I go here almost every single night. Brittany, ziamara, and sam has always been wonderful to me. Last night I went and the worker Carmen was extremely rude to me. She told me she was sincerely worried about me bc I drink too much coffee and I'm there too much. I said yea, I'm sure I know it's diabetes in a cup and she told me that was very uncalled for, for me to say because her dad lost his legs to diabetes and was very rude to me. I've always felt welcome until now! It's very uncalled for, for her to say to me. I will never be back when I know she's working!!

I got a Pike's Place Roast which I received immediately and tasted good. However, my dad ordered an espresso, which we waited 30 mins or more for. He eventually decided to cancel his order and ask for his money back, but the man working the register didn't know how to give him his money back. He also left a $2 tip, which they wouldn't give back when he asked. So we left no espresso, but still paid for it. He was disappointed because Starbucks espresso is his favorite, but we did not have the time to wait any longer for it.
We both understand it was during a busy time of day. The drive thru was busy and there were a lot of mobile orders, however, that is a ridiculous amount of time to wait for an espresso! Precedent was being given to the mobile orders instead of the people right in front of them. Guess im old fashioned, but I dont think priority should be given to people who order before hand on an app. Thats not good customer service or a good business model.

I love Starbucks but this location in specific is not a welcoming place. The red hair woman has always gave me an attitude. She likes to rush you when ordering even though there’s no one else waiting behind. They will also give you the cup half full. People pays to get a full cup but they want to fill your cup half ways only! And when I complained about my cup not being full they filled it up with milk and left my drink tasting lame. It’s very disappointing. I do not recommend this location!
I bought a cold coffee and it tasted like water, they filled it with ice. What a disappointment

This is one of the fewest Starbucks I have ever rated this low.
I ordered Venti drink. I even paid tip, which I don't know why I should at Starbucks anyways, it's not like restaurant.
In any case my Venti cup was little over 3/4 filled. I asked honey which wasn't added, I had asked for cinnamon which wasn't added
I paid full but I only got 3/4 of value. I would never go back to this place again nor would I recommend.
BTW, no wonder it was totally empty when I walked in, which is very rare of Starbucks.
Starbucks corporate, if you're reading this review then you need to send your secret shoppers to check it out yourself.

Not cool to send in a mobile order, get there to find note on doors that says, ‘DRIVE THRU ONLY’. Please stop excepting mobile orders. This is happening too often
TIP THEM!! Pleasant and amazing crew today. I don’t know her name but she made my latte for Mobile pickup well 3 of the drinks lol. I travel all over for my firm and it’s rare finding a Starbucks that feels like back home. This one does. Great crew and they support one another which speaks volumes TIP them!
