TIP THEM!! Pleasant and amazing crew today. I don’t know her name but she made my latte for Mobile pickup well 3 of the drinks lol. I travel all over for my firm and it’s rare finding a Starbucks that feels like back home. This one does. Great crew and they support one another which speaks volumes TIP them!

I was next door to this Starbucks, at a completely different store, when the manager comes in and starts making a fuss and confronting the employees about water. It was the most bizarre experience ever. What manager leaves her own store and chases down a customer and harasesses them in public. I'm still not even sure what she was fussing about other than someone got a free water when they weren't supposed to. That seems like an internal training issue to me. This leader chose to make a scene in public though. I wouldn't have even made this post, but this location has went downhill recently. After witnessing the behavior or the leadership I can see why. It's no wonder there are always new people working here every few weeks.

Just had the most disrespectful experience i have ever had in any Starbucks location! We currently work next door my fellow co worker goes to purchase a water and gets one for free from an employee! About 5 minutes later the store manager comes barging in i believe her names nisha , basically came here threatening us bc she cant train her employees properly and (no one was laughing) but she proceeds to exit and say yall laughing now and begins to laugh like a crazy person as she exited our store they definitely need to remove her from power and some of her snobby employees too

Worst Starbucks I’ve been to in any city or country. Waited over 45 minutes one day for a mobile order. Another day, they inexplicably closed the lobby and workers didn’t make eye contact or do anything. They door was just locked over an hour before close

Ordered a medium Carmel ribbon crunch. They gave me a small and filled the bottom of the cup with whip cream . And I asked for extra crunch all I got is whip cream if I wanted whip cream I could have went and bought a can of whipped cream . So disappointed
Did not have the normal morning selections available when we were there but it was clean and fast.

After finally being acknowledged at the counter, I was informed that there would be a 30-minute wait for a caramel macchiato. There were only two other customers inside the store, and a drive-thru customer was expressing their dissatisfaction with an incorrect order. In my experience with Starbucks over the years, I have never encountered such a situation, so I simply left. It was clear this store was in desperate need of organization and management.
