I went through the drive-thru. The lady that took my order was a sweetheart. I'm most likely misspelling her name, but Lea you need to be given a raise. I'm sure they aren't paying you enough. Your demeanor and sweet as honey voice are hard finds.

The West Main Taco Bell in Tupelo gets our business from time to time. The restaurant is a short drive from our house off of Thomas.
Over the past few years I have gone to ordering on the app and picking up our order. The app makes it easy for everybody to select and customize their items just how they want them. The app also shows any deals available. I have ordered through Ubereats and the others when I had some credits or there was a BOGO deal.
The food has generally been fresh, hot and tasty. We usually have to wait a couple minutes when picking up the order but that is fine since we know it was just made.
A good fast food option is the Taco Bell.

I really love to only go in this taco bell when Rounda is working she is exceptionally nice and sweet and the only employee who speaks and always smiling She really needs a raise/promotion the other employees seem to be extra loud ,disrespectful never speaking and not professional at all

We were in the drive through and got rear ended. No damage to either vehicle. But the lady taking our order was getting loud on the speaker because we got out of my grandaughters suv and walked back to the rear of the vehicle to make sure the driver was OK and check for damage.
Absolutely worst experience I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell. Food was terrible and so were the employees.

Can some one explain this to me I was just passing thru, I never seen a tostada so poorly put together bad service, cold and old food. This is just sad. I would suggest making the food how you would want to eat it. Serve ur food like I would want to receive it yall wasn't even busy come on

I ordered their cantina chicken burrito for lunch and the chicken was not completely cooked. I ended up getting food poisoning and threw up multiple times throughout the day
They made a mistake on my order but rectified it when I reported it. The rest of the food was good.

By far my favorite Taco Bell in our area and surrounding area. There was a little altercation between a couple employees when we went not long ago. Not a big deal, it happens Every employee apologized for the disturbance.
