This was the absolute crappiest service and food I’ve ever received. The gentleman at the drive-through window was a very tall African-American man who was rude as all get out and then I get home and the fries are from probably two hours ago and the hamburger meat was cold! I will never ever return to this Taco Bell!

I go have ever Wednesday before church to have dinner and this was the worst service I have ever gotten here it took 1 hour to get what we ordered and then it wasn't right when you pay for extra that's what you should get I wish I would have took pictures but I was in a hurry I just hope they get better they were lazy garbage hadn't been taken out man it was bad they just didn't care what they sent out to people if you don't want to work stay home you make the store look bad I don't know who the manager was but they didn't care either
The cashier was not welcoming. There was some socializing with profanity among the pink haired female and male worker. I waited about 10 minutes for my food. The 5 layer burrito had sour cream all at one end.

Honestly this place deserves a 0 star rating. The dining room is dirty, the servants are very uninterested in their job besides 1. One girl is even on FaceTime while’s she’s taking orders. There’s several people that have been waiting for their food for 20 minutes or more. I’ve been waiting for a mobile order for over 25 minutes. Worst experience I ever had hands down. Will NOT be back.

Food was good. I stood at the counter for a while before someone from the kitchen told me that I had to order on the touch screen if I wanted something. I've got dyslexia and sometimes can't read clearly what is on a screen, and have to use talk-to-type on electronic devices. I wish someone would have just taken my order so I could have told them what I wanted to eat. It took me almost 5 minutes to type in my order on that tablet. It was embarrassing to say the least. The lady was kind that gave me my food, but she never asked if I needed help ordering. I consider that a problem these days. I won't be coming back by myself again until they change there ways of helping customers.. Also, I had to use the restroom is the reason why I didn't go through the drive-thru. It made no sense to go back to my car and then drive around when I was already inside the dining area.

We were yelled at by the staff to come get the food we paid for, after apparently them saying our name several times which me, nor my friend heard, then a man complained about not receiving his food after being there for a long time the manager proceeded to throw his food at him. The man stormed out and then came back and then there’s a verbal altercation between the workers and the customer me and my friend, and all the other people that were in there quickly rushed out and recorded the fight on Camera this is not acceptable and we will not be eating at this Taco Bell again.
