We have traveled to all 50 states and can say without any qualms that the service offered here is on a very high level. From the warm cookies provided upon our arrival to the ease and friendliness of our check in and the nice staff, the effortless access of the laundry area and the excellent made to order breakfast, we felt cared for perfectly. The rooms are clean and there is a very nice restaurant almost on site. There is a park complete with Elvis statue for Harley riders like us who are completing the 10 for 23 challenge right across the street. We loved it and had a great time. After enduring many hotels that used Covid as an excuse to provide lousy service, it’s refreshing to stay at a hotel that truly has the customer in mind. I only wish we could have stayed longer!

Hotel is clean and had no issues during the stay. Area behind the hotel isn't the greatest, but town is not too far away if you have a car. Starbucks counter stops selling food at 10am. Firepit area is nice, didn't use the pool.

Me and my wife came to Tupelo for a little romantic weekend before Christmas. Based off of my points I had gotten, this hotel was the average courtyard. I have stayed in them because I like the Marriott experience. It was about the same just average nothing special. It didn’t blow me away. I would stay again because I like the brand, but it was just an average hotel.

From the very start, the woman at the front desk had very poor qualities you'd expect from a Marriott property. The room was OK, but we did find someone else's clothes in a dresser draw. The room just lacked warmth. They do not have ant tea in the room, but did have coffee, and the woman at the desk told me they didn't have any tea anywhere period. The linens were ok, the towel were thin. It was OK, but not great.

Tupelo is Central to a lot...on the Natchez Trace or going Bham to Memphis. The hotel is fine. The cafe isn't open - they give some bad grab and go - but they're being covid safe. It's right next to a Texas Roadhouse too. It's where i stay in Tupleo.

My last review was very positive, however I have to second the opinions of this locations odd COVID procedures. Upon arrival, we weren't able to access the lobby to check in. There was no front desk clerk and it took several minutes to get through the door (when an exiting guest let us in). We stood at the front desk for over 5 minutes, looking and saying "Hello?". I finally walked toward the office space to the "only employees past this point" and said "HELLO?" again, when the front desk clerk scolded me for being in that area and thoroughly Lysol-ed the air space I had been standing in. Although I appreciate the COVID precautions, this wasn't a welcoming experience. She was clearly annoyed (and short staffed), which explains why I had never received a response through the Bonvoy app about requesting neighboring/adjoining rooms, or my mobile key. She was folding laundry, answering phones, checking people in, preventing delivery drivers from entering, and generally had a lot going on. Breakfast is "carry-out" brown bag only. I asked for 5 (since there were 5 guests) and they told me they only had two to give me...REALLY?!? A muffin, granola bar, mini bottled water and fruit cup (no spoon). And don't forget, all the amenities are closed, so unless you're there during the week, you can't even get a coffee. The hotel was hosting SEVERAL families who were in town for a sporting event and kids were running up/down the hall until after 10:00p, slamming doors, talking loudly and knocking on other people's doors. There were also other guests walking around in no masks. I'm curious with how strict the front desk/entrance is with COVID precautions why guests on floors aren't also being monitored (there are cameras) and how the hotel could be unprepared with having enough breakfasts.

When I arrived at the hotel the doors were locked. The doors were covered in a ton of signs but I finally located the one that I am attaching to the review. It stated the doors are locked 24/7 due to COVID. My favorite part was “ do not ring doorbell. If you can see us we can see you” excuse me then why am I locked out. Absolutely everything in the hotel is closed except for the Starbucks from 6-9 am Tuesday-Thursday. You can’t sit in the lobby nor can you use the restroom upon arrival. This is a terrible excuse for a hotel. My room was not clean, dust was hanging off the A/C unit. Do not stay here!

Bailed out in Tupelo while we were returning from Hattiesburg to Memphis. Icy roads overcame us. The Courtyard accommodated us completely, as I would expect from a Marriott property. Friendly staff. Would return.

This Marriott Courtyard had odd lockdown procedures in effect. Cannot enter the lobby directly. Must ring a doorbell to gain entrance. Everything was barricaded inside. Lobby looked more like a prison than a hotel.

I wanted to get a pancake or French toast, but they were all out. The sandwich was good, but the side fruit was not at all, particularly the melons.
