Alerra, our server, was fantastic! She was very attentive, kept our drinks full, and was overall a happy and nice person! 10/10 for food, atmosphere and service. Definitely will be back to request her as our server again!

The server we had was sweet. I didn’t catch her name but she definitely made up for the on duty manager’s not so engaging demeanor. Many of us ordered the yardbird chicken. The chicken had to be spoiled. It tasted like rotten eggs or spoiled milk. Just generally sour. The manager initially told us it was probably the beer onions. However, we know how onions taste and how chicken is supposed to taste. We also thought it may be the sauce so we tried pieces of the chicken that had nothing on it. You could even smell that something was not right with the chicken. One person had a steak and it was cooked beautifully! The appetizers were a hit to. For the price, my expectations were not met. I had a $80 plus ticket for two drinks and a meal I couldn’t eat with the exception of the sides. I also covered another ticket for an item that was left off of a person’s ticket who had already paid and left. This brought me to over $100. However, I did not mind paying/tipping because I want be back.
The wife and I have lived in Tupelo for 3 years now. After searching for the best cooked steak since that time, I had been disappointed. That is, until a friend recommended Grillhouse.
The wife and I were out for a simple date night on a Friday night, and we received the best service from a waitress named Olivia (not sure on spelling). She was so terrific and provided amazing service. The food was great and plates perfectly. The atmosphere was the best in town.
If you’re looking for a date night place for a wife of 10 years, this is the place to go.

Very fine restaurant with great service. We were in a private room which was ok I suppose, maybe a little claustrophobic for a party of 4. Our food was very good. I was unable to give 5 stars for their gratuity included policy for a party of 4.

Alerra greeted us with a smile and she didn’t stop there! The appetizer sampler was a little bit of everything including the bacon wrapped shrimp and the HAND CUT CHEESE STICKS (to die for)! The main course was just icing on the cake with steaks cooked to perfection and sides that left me wanting more!

My husband and I met some friends at the Grillhouse this past Friday night for the first time and service was horrible. We waited over 20 minutes for drinks. My husband and I were given one small glass of water. Our sides were served in small styrofoam cups. Our steak was good but sides were just ok. My friend’s salmon and rice was very dry. The other couple had to ask 2 or 3 times for their drinks and someone (maybe a manager) came out and offered to make them herself. They had ran out of lettuce, potatoes and asparagus by 7pm. Overall bad first time experience. We had heard great things about the food & we’re excited about going. Most likely won’t spend that kind of money on mediocre food & poor service again.

Best restaurant hands down! The food, service and atmosphere is perfection! If you are in this area and looking for a delicious meal…you have to go here! We had the fabulous cheese sticks, steak, and crab crabs! The best we’ve ever had! Claire our server was outstanding and so sweet! We went to Tupelo to visit the birthplace of Elvis Presley. Everyone there recommended “The GrillHouse”. Now we know why!
The food was definitely not worth the price at all, the menu sounds good but our food was undercooked and cold. Not to mention we waited half an hour for it.definitely not work the price point.
The food was amazing!! I had the yardbird(grilled chicken) which came with six pieces of chicken. The portion size was great. This was one of the best grilled chicken dishes I have had in a long time. My girlfriend had the pasta Mac and cheese which was spectacular as well.

Food was amazing! Everything was prepared perfectly and plated beautifully. Portions were substantial and every flavor was perfectly paired. Diamond gave us fantastic service from start to finish. And the smoked Gouda Mac was as good as she said it was. Will definitely be back!

The server must have been slammed. It took over 30 minutes to get cocktails. Took even longer to take orders. Had to ask for water and silverware. Server brought the wrong drinks and charged for the wrong drinks. When we finally got our food, it was cold.
