I think I could speak for all of are superchix employees that the hand pie guy is the best in town! Always such flavorful treats today I enjoyed a sausage and gravy.

This place takes the homemade chocolate fried pies to the next level. The price is good for the 2 pies, chips and a drink. Things you never thought could be in a fried pie are here folks. He has Cheeseburger pies, pot roast pies Cajun pies and all the sweet pies also! My only complaint is he is only open Wednesday--Fridays.

I've tried a dozen different flavors (both sweet and savory) and they've all been amazing. The pastry shell is delicate yet substantial enough to hold in all those delicious ingredients. You can eat them in your car with no fear of making a mess. They're the perfect little snack on the go.

July 17th, 2025 I chose to try The HandPie Guy in Tupelo, MS. Let. Me. Tell. You. It was delicious, flaky, I had already scarfed down the Cheese Burger pie. It was divine the two of those, THENNN I also grabbed the Gauva with vanilla crème for dessert. It was the perfect sweet ratio for after lunch. I am in love with The handpie Guys work here. They also have a crackdip pie that I will be keeping my eyes peeled for! Fast service for lunch! They also do call in/preorders. (:

Most definitely worth every penny spent!! I got the cheeseburger, blueberry and cream cheese, Dubai taco!! It was exactly what I was carving, just like every review has said it’s PACKED with flavor and I can’t get enough. It makes you want to come back again and again just to see the new flavors they might have!!

If you haven’t tried these delicious hand pies you are missing out! Not only do they have amazing flavors that they change up all the time. That pie crust is to die for!! So go get you some.

This place is awesome. In a great location. The food is really, really good. Simple, but good. Tupelo has needed a place like this. Cyclists take note, this place is great for an end of ride snack.
