I use to love Madden crab a few months ago because it was very fresh, had great flavor, and left wanting more. Lately the last 3 months that I’ve been its been more watery and less seasoned. Also the crab legs taste a old and not cooked enough.

0 stars. Had me very sick. The sauce was very watered down and didn't even taste like garlic sauce. Woke up this morning violently throwing up and it smelt just like the stinky boil. Will NEVER go back. Completely ruined the experience for me.

I wasn’t there for this visit, but this is my family we’re talking about — and I know they’re not the type to exaggerate or cause a scene. The way they were treated at Madden Crab in Tupelo is ridiculous and completely unacceptable. When you spend hundreds of dollars somewhere, the least you expect is decent service and a little respect. For a manager to argue over a $5 dessert and defend an employee who flat-out refused to help customers is wild. It’s not about the pie — it’s the principle. If that’s how they handle loyal customers, I can promise you my family and I won’t be back either.

We stopped here after a late-night football game. We arrived just before 10pm, and it was advertised that they close at 11. However, upon arrival, the hostess had to check to see if we could be served because they stop serving food at 10. Luckily, we were able to order seafood boils, and they were hands down some of the best I have ever had! I had the shrimp and sausage and my husband had one with crab too. Our server was one of the kindest people we've ever met. He was so polite and accommodating and I wish I would have caught his name.

Nice beachy atmosphere! Very clean. Staff was top notch! Food was delicious and portions were large. Was able to substitute fries with corn cobs. Wonderful place!!! Highly recommend!!

We really enjoyed dining here and our server, I forgot that child's name but he was so sweet and kind. Now that bathroom was hideous!!! I went to wash my hands and none of the knobs worked, the turn on part was raggedy and kept dropping out the compartment, it seemed to be a stripped socket. The toilets sets were broken and the bathroom doors go inward and the stalls are so tight. I said lord and said something about it too the worker which was our server, I hope he told the manager about it. This was a calm relaxed environment and my Husband enjoyed his food I did as well, could use a little more seasoning too me. Overall everything was great and alot of people came behind us, when I examined my surroundings I seen that it was full too capacity in just a few minutes so they get great business. My only problem was the bathroom, please fix that.

We were in Tupelo visiting and we decided we wanted seafood. The seafood was 10 out of 10 honey. We loved and next time we're in Tupelo, we most definitely will be back. If you haven't visit this place, please do so.
