I stopped here with my wife on a road trip, traveling I22. She found it on Google Maps. Parked in a space on the Square. The entrance is in an alley. A customer was sitting alone at a table outside. I asked him about the food. He responded, "It's the best burger in North Mississippi." I have no evidence to the contrary. We each had a burger. They were generously sized and delicious. When passing by Tupelo, I'd eat here again without reservation. They have a nice atmosphere as well. Service also very good.

For 5:00 in the afternoon the atmosphere was kind of blah here. The waitress was friendly, but not real attentive. She spent a lot of time with the customers that were drinking alcohol. We were not. We ordered a Philly cheesesteak with no onions. We specifically asked for the bell peppers. They left them off too. The waitress never even noticed. I had the shrimp poboy. We both had fries. The fries and the sandwiches were very salty. Too salty. We also ordered the blackened catfish nachos, a half order. They were the best thing we had. The poboy would have been much better if they would taken it easy on the salt. The shrimp were big and crispy. The sauce on the poboy was good. The fries were good if you ate them while they were still very hot. By the time we finished eating they were very rubbery. This is typical of frozen fries. They were okay when they were very hot, just all that dang salt . I would like to go back and maybe see if we could catch a different cook there maybe.

I have been here once with friends. For some reason I didn't return. Not for the service or anything like that everything was perfect. It just never crossed my mind. Stopped in yesterday 6/15 and as always service and food was great. This will be my go to spot now.

Shrimp poboy was good. Ribeye steak sandwich was good. Portions small on shrimp sandwich. Food was much better and portions were more generous when Jim Rice had it!

My sister and I were passing through Tupelo and wanted to try something new. After a quick google search we found this literal hole in wall with the neatest atmosphere. We read all the reviews and all were wonderful other than one from a year ago complaining about menu size ? Haha and the seasoning on fries.. well let me tell you, if you ain’t sneezing, you ain’t seasoning! And I’m going to say that person ain’t sneezing. The service was quick and the waitress was the sweetest! We both ordered the ribeye steak sandwiches and the cook had to be on his/her A-game because they were cooked to perfection and had the best flavor! The fries and pork skins had the best seasoning ?? and the pricing was even better! 10 out of 10! We will 100% be back and can’t wait!
