Genuinely one of the rudest workers I went today 3/23/25 and the lady was nothing but rude constantly being snappy with costumers for no reason I also went on 2/21/25 and it was the same lady there was a large group of kids because we where on a school trip and she wouldnât stop loudly talking about how much she hated children the âkidsâ where high schoolers with our own money so when she made multiple comments about the lack of tip and we pointed out we wonât tip her if she obviously just said she didnât want our business so he response was to slam our drinks down and act like a child the owner needs her gone because she runs off so many customers

Our 10 year old son purchased a drink. His siblings were excited that one of their favorite movies was playing. The cashier heard their remarks about it being their favorite, and she rolled her eyes and turned off the TV. Then when she handed him his drink and he thanked her, she AGAIN rolled her eyes before spinning around and walking away. He liked his drink, but her attitude was absolute crap.
Kid-friendliness: They apparently do not like children even if they're spending their own money for a treat.

This boba place is absolutely amazing! BUT! An employee informed me not to tip on the card machine because management keeps all the tips for themselves. If you visit only tip in cash. I would tell you not to visit at all but the employees deserve to make a living somehow.

They have a lot of classic flavors along with some really good lesser known ones. me and my boyfriend are addicted to their horchata tea with tapioca boba. 10/10 would recommend!

Iâm so happy that I finally have a boba place near me! Totally Tea is soo good! They are incredibly nice, and they give you great flavors and suggestions on drinks. I totally recommend their fruit teas.
