Something happened to a gas line and nobody had natural gas in Tupelo. So menu was limited to chill, grits, or waffles. UT still delicious, I ate all of it!

This is one of the worst waffle houses there is I’ve been in there before they would have a whole crew full of people working and they wouldn’t even serve you for a reason they make up. Went up there denying they said oh we’re only doing drive-through. You can order at the window, but you can’t come in and eat five people working up there talking and smoking. And turning away customers

This was literally the cleanest Waffle House we’ve ever been to. The food was really good, it was warm AND the best part was the service. The lady who took care of our table was super nice and attentive. The guys cooking and the rest of the staff were also really respectful and they all worked well together.

When we first got there, the waitress was exceptionally rude and talked to me like I was beneath her, but we ended up with a different waitress who ended up being one of the best I’ve had there. Her name out our ticket was just “B”, but she remembered my family and our order from us being there a month or so ago and was a breath of fresh air compared to what we met when we came in.
I love the service from both the cook and the waitress.

At best decent ppl standing around and our waitress was sick shouldn't of been at work , the cook was rude towards the waitress and acted like he didn't want to be there, complained that everytime he had a break he had to cook something .and didn't ask us how we wanted our eggs she ASSumed we wanted our eggs scrambled instead of over easy. The kitchen part was dirty and could have been cleaned when there wasn't anything to cook.

One of the worst experiences I have ever been to at a Waffle House. Stephanie “boss man” lead cook was a total snob. Darrly had no clue what in the world was going on, he was the waiter. My food was completely wrong! Stephanie “boss man” lead cook just wanted to cook whatever she wanted and throw it on a to go plate and say here you go! Sorry person! The order was simple and I gave it to Darryl and he called it out to Stephanie however Stephanie just cooked totally wrong items. Also, the place had a total renovation but it doesn’t even look like it. Looks old and run down!
