i wanna love this place so bad bc i love the original location and they’re right next door to my job. however EVERYtime i’ve gotten a drink from there there’s about an inch of powder still at the bottom. the last time i got a drink made me not want to go back bc not only was it powdery, but it was so full you couldn’t even touch the top without it spilling EVERYWHERE. much less put a straw in. the amount of spillage i had putting the straw in completely soaked one or the towels we use at work from cleaning it up.
