We ALWAYS order wingstop and it’s usually a big favorite, BUT idk if they’ve changed managers or what, but tonight was not a good experience. I wish I knew names, but the lady at the counter was AMAZING, but everyone else in the back had nothing but nasty attitude. We understand it’s a Friday and it’s busy, but that doesn’t give any right for people to wait almost an hour for food when orders were being placed after by new customers and done beforehand. Simply put if you don’t have the time or patience to work in fast food DON’T DO IT. Picking and choosing who you’re nice to doesn’t look good either especially for such a big company.

The food was exactly what I was looking for. Fries were seasoned well, not cold. Wings were crispy with just the right amount of sauce for my taste. The hot lemon flavor is excellent, i searched out a wing stop after hearing about it. I will say, the wings are smallish, but that's the usual across most restaurants these days. And if you're watching your salt intake, the hot lemon had a pretty extreme amount of salt. I love salt, and so it didn't bother me, but I can imagine some people finding it too salty.
I care about getting what i ordered in a reasonable amount of time, and i care that the food is good. Those conditions were met, and so i would absolutely come back.

The Wingstop on West Main in Tupelo has a deal from time to time on UberEats. We have taken advantage of the extra values a couple times.
The staff is friendly…the place is a bit chaotic. Last order took quite some time…29 minutes longer than the pick up time…order confusion but they finally got it figured out.
Not in our regular list of places for take out but okay enough every now and then.

The tables and floor was so sticky it was pitiful, your shoes even stuck to the floor. We wash the tables but still sticky. No napkins and no ketchup. No soap in the ladies room. This is Not a nice place to eat at All.

Kind and clean
1st time we ever tried wing stop and the whole experience was awful terrible service orders wrong left and right people coming in while we was waiting on ours complaining about their food then we get ours $78 order all the food was over cooked and we also waited over an hour for it white girls at the register stayed on her phone at the front while customers was waiting on her to take their order only after she finished her text did she help the 3 people in line super Getto place and worst food we have had in tupelo

Everything is so bad, never going there again. The people are rude, and service is still bad. The food there also hurts my stomach, and they didn't even get my order right. The only thing that's good about this place is their food taste good.

Came at 2:00PM today to try wingstop for the first time and they are “closed” but there are people in the store telling everyone it’s closed. Makes no sense to me.

I absolutely love Wingstop! The hot honey rub is amazing! It is my favorite place and my go to when I’m hungry! I live an hour away from the closest one but it’s definitely worth the drive for me!!

Hi, I recently ordered from Wingstop, and shortly after eating, my stomach turned upside down. I’ve been trapped in the bathroom all night, and it hasn’t let up—I can’t go more than a few minutes without rushing back. It’s been nothing but watery diarrhea, and at this point. I’m exhausted, dehydrated, and barely holding on. I’m seriously concerned that something in the food caused this, and I wanted to bring it to your attention in case there’s a food safety issue. I’d really appreciate it if you could look into this because my stomach may never forgive me. Thank you.

Do not order here. I needed to cancel my order for a refund, and no one will process it. The employees are not professional at all!! They keep directing me to the app, when the app does not give you option to cancel an order. This experience is horrific, and I’ve never experienced this type of nightmare before about MY MONEY, that I got NO FOOD ON. I’ve called corporate and was advised refunds are processed at store level, this is horrible!!!!!!! Never again.
Third time I ordered something. And third time customer service is bad. And has an attitude. Also third time they forget something. Then when I ask they have an attitude. Like you lying or something. The food always good. But the customer service horrible. This the one in Tupelo

Food was great and very filling! Much better than most chicken in town and I have no complaints there. My issue lies in the service provided. While they were much quicker than I had expected, the cashier was somewhat rude. I’d never been here before and wasn’t aware that they’re a “card-only establishment” (my fault for not seeing the sign admittedly, but I hadn’t expected such a weird policy) and he tapped the sign and said “card only” really flatly. When I asked how the card reader worked, because frankly it wasn’t obvious, he didn’t seem interested in explaining it clearly.
Overall, solid food but not good service. It was a bad first impression and I likely won’t return. I had a long day today and paying $14 to be talked down to wasn’t my ideal night.
