Came at 2:00PM today to try wingstop for the first time and they are “closed” but there are people in the store telling everyone it’s closed. Makes no sense to me.

Hi, I recently ordered from Wingstop, and shortly after eating, my stomach turned upside down. I’ve been trapped in the bathroom all night, and it hasn’t let up—I can’t go more than a few minutes without rushing back. It’s been nothing but watery diarrhea, and at this point. I’m exhausted, dehydrated, and barely holding on. I’m seriously concerned that something in the food caused this, and I wanted to bring it to your attention in case there’s a food safety issue. I’d really appreciate it if you could look into this because my stomach may never forgive me. Thank you.

Do not order here. I needed to cancel my order for a refund, and no one will process it. The employees are not professional at all!! They keep directing me to the app, when the app does not give you option to cancel an order. This experience is horrific, and I’ve never experienced this type of nightmare before about MY MONEY, that I got NO FOOD ON. I’ve called corporate and was advised refunds are processed at store level, this is horrible!!!!!!! Never again.
Third time I ordered something. And third time customer service is bad. And has an attitude. Also third time they forget something. Then when I ask they have an attitude. Like you lying or something. The food always good. But the customer service horrible. This the one in Tupelo

Food was great and very filling! Much better than most chicken in town and I have no complaints there. My issue lies in the service provided. While they were much quicker than I had expected, the cashier was somewhat rude. I’d never been here before and wasn’t aware that they’re a “card-only establishment” (my fault for not seeing the sign admittedly, but I hadn’t expected such a weird policy) and he tapped the sign and said “card only” really flatly. When I asked how the card reader worked, because frankly it wasn’t obvious, he didn’t seem interested in explaining it clearly.
Overall, solid food but not good service. It was a bad first impression and I likely won’t return. I had a long day today and paying $14 to be talked down to wasn’t my ideal night.

Make sure that you double check your order before leaving the restaurant, I got home (15 miles away) and realized I had someone else’s order

When I called them and placed my order they asked card or cash and I told them cash and they agreed, when I get up there they tell me that they only take card. Waste of time.

The girl at the take orders had no clue what was going on. You could not understand one word coming from her mouth. Such a poor attitude. Food was as always delicious.
Dietary restrictions: Husband has a very bad almost anaphylactic reaction to dairy. This is one place we feel safe eating.

The food was super good, but as we sat eating we saw the worker sitting at the register on her phone. Which... Is whatever... But she was eating her food and licking her fingers and stuff. Then got up and touched all the cups for the next customer. No thanks..

Walk in order. They greeted me and made the food so quickly 100% on that. I left the store and went home but was missing an order. I called and the lady was being rude and hung up on me while I was being nice.
