For our 55th anniversary, there's no other restaurant we considered for our celebration. We were greeted coming in the door and seated promptly. Our server was there and ready to take our drink orders. My up martini was served ice cold and my wife had wine. We had the bread with raspberry butter and our waitress timed our 2nd cocktail perfectly. Our steak we prepared just right and tender as could be. Great taste, great sides, great service and a more than fair price. Our favorite Mississippi restaurant.

We were super satisfied with our meal experience at Woody's. Our reservations took us straight to our beautiful comfy table. The waiter was pleasant and informative. The food came timely and warm. Our steaks and chops were outstanding. Even the coffee was good. We ordered the gator for an appetizer and it was good. We will be back. Wonderful experience.

We had 7pm dinner reservations on a Saturday evening. First thing we were told by our server was they had ran out of oysters already :( the one thing we were excited about. It was busy night with all tables filled and a private party in the back room where we were seated. The doors to private area would not stay shut, so there was a bit of noise coming from there especially with popping of balloons after it was over. Our server seemed to have already had a long night by the time we arrived. Food was great as always and portions were BIG!

We waited on our food for quite a while. We ordered the mahi mahi special. The fish was tough and the vegetables were cold and hard like they had been sitting a while. Usually the food there is great. The servers were good but they seemed understaffed for the crowd. The owners were attentive. But something was just off about the food . It could be that they were overwhelmed because usually they are on point!

Woody's was a surprise. I'm a bit of a food snob when it comes to steak. I had the 16oz. ribeye with the peppercorn cognac sauce. This was the best steak I've had from a public eatery in a very long time. I would encourage anyone to make a reservation at Woody's and go!

From the blackberry butter and rolls at the beginning until the banana foster at the end everything was perfect! We drive from Tennessee just to eat here at least twice a year and it never disappoints.

Went here last night with my son and husband for my husband's birthday. This was our first visit here. The food and service was great. My son had the creole pasta, ( he enjoyed it!) I had the blackened catfish.. awesome! and my husband had the filet ( medium rare, cooked perfectly and tender) bread is really good! Great cesar salad, skillet corn was good too!
Hubby had creme Brule for his birthday dessert and throughly enjoyed it. My son had the chocolate lava cake and ate every bite.
Great service, continual water glass refills, stopped several times to see if we needed anything.
We'll be back.🙂
I took my friend out for her birthday dinner and everything was great. I was allowed to decorate our table before our reservation which I appreciated. We really enjoyed ourselves and will definitely go back.

It was an honor to be able to eat at such a truly fine place. We were traveling and they kindly found a table for us even thought it was Saturday night. We wont soon forget the quality of the delicious food or the fine service!
