My daughter wanted to try rolled ice cream so bad. I had looked up places on our way back from vacation and seen this place, so we went. The girl working couldn't even speak English enough to give me the total, she had to turn the screen around to show me our total. You could tell she didn't want to be there at all! The ice cream was not cold like it should've been, so you couldn't just pick up the rolls and eat them. We definitely won't ever be back and I'm glad it's not an establishment near us. They'd not have ANY business whatsoever.

My daughter accidentally spilled some of her drink while we were eating lunch, so I walked up and asked for a few napkins. The girl working there looked at me, giggled, and then told me no. So don’t ask them for help if you have any accidents because they won’t help you. SO RUDE!

Today wasn’t a good day for Yolo Rollo. The service was lousy only to be topped off by lousier rolled ice cream. Very disappointed.

I got nervous about the experience I would have reading more recent reviews, but it seems they've improved or other reviews were talking about a possible other one of their locations. The employee who rang me up and was supposed to make my ice cream did go to the back for a few minutes and was finishing talking when they came back out. Besides that, the service was well; the ice cream tasted really good too.
Employees were extremely rude. By far the worst experience I’ve had at any food establishment.

Ice cream isn't too bad but Everytime I have ever gone the guy (hes like 25 or 30) is SO RUDE! and today I go, thinking maybe it will be different... WRONG! He completely disregarded that I was standing there and went to the teenage girls that came up after me! I am so livid! I don't see why I keep giving them a chance OR how they even still have any business with that guy working there! I will not EVER spend MY money there again... Jerk

I go here for bubble tea and they're pretty quick making it. They have limited options at the moment but they might just need to restock. However, the sounds of the mall make it a bit hard to communicate with the cashier. That's not their fault, though.
