I got nervous about the experience I would have reading more recent reviews, but it seems they've improved or other reviews were talking about a possible other one of their locations. The employee who rang me up and was supposed to make my ice cream did go to the back for a few minutes and was finishing talking when they came back out. Besides that, the service was well; the ice cream tasted really good too.
I go here for bubble tea and they're pretty quick making it. They have limited options at the moment but they might just need to restock. However, the sounds of the mall make it a bit hard to communicate with the cashier. That's not their fault, though.
This is such a unique little place. I love the ice cream and the bubble tea. It is not something that I would splurge on every other day, but I love to visit on special occasions with friends and family.
