We are connoisseurs of Mexican food, as we travel frequently and ALWAYS stop at different Mexican and Latin restaurants because we love the food and culture. Ixtapa is hands down the best, most authentic, Mexican food we’ve had ANYWHERE. The salsa, entrees, and margaritas are all first class! I would love to go above five stars, because it definitely deserving. I HIGHLY recommend this place!
Never had a bad food experience here. Sometimes service is lacking but I can overlook that if the food is good, and it is good! Don't be afraid to check this place out! We go fairly often.

Kid-friendliness: Our 2 year old is a holy terror. We do sweep up ourselves and pick our tables up but they never get upset when he throws chips or knocks a drink over.
