They treated me with consideration and kindness.
Parking: There is a rather high step from the parking lot to the sidewalk. At 69 I have trouble getting up and down that step.

We order from here all the time and never had an issue but tonight my husband ordered a meat lovers melt and there was a sharp clear piece of plastic that could have been quite dangerous had he of bit it the wrong way. Unacceptable
The manager on November 11, 2023, couldn't put her phone down to help at all. She sat in the back on her phone with 5 people up front. Two guys were working hard to get the pizzas and stuff out. But she couldn't care less about doing her job right. Our pizza sat on the counter for way too long, they didn't have the sauce we asked for on the wings. Cheese sticks are just a pizza with cheese on it now(gross). Our pizza we're cold. Looked to be a new guy working the cut station, maybe the manager should have been watching him and not texting or whatever she was doing on her phone. Very unprofessional. We will never go back to this pizza hut again.

Threaten to call the cops on someone because they asked for a refund cause they weren't wearing gloves and scratching their face and everything while making people's food is un call for
