Steven and his staff at Simply Seafood Catering were amazing. The food was awesome and there was plenty of it. They catered my daughter’s wedding this weekend, 5/10/25. His staff was very professional and helpful. They took such care to do their job and cleaned up afterwards. Thank you for everything you did to help make this a perfect wedding for our daughter.

As a restaurant owner we used Stephen and his awesome team for our Christmas party! Excellent food, easy communication, friendly staff. Highly recommend for any of your catering needs!

We hired Simply Seafood & Catering to cater a portion of our daughter’s wedding. So glad we did. Everything that was prepared was excellent. The charcuterie table looked great, fresh, tasted great. The Brussel Sprouts were fantastic! Pies tasted good, and looked beautiful displayed on the pie table. Stephen has good recipes and we received so many compliments from guests. Stephen is friendly, accommodating, and professional. My daughter was VERY happy with how everything tasted and looked. Highly Recommend.

Being a New Orleanian, I truly have never had better seafood! From start to finish Stephen is very personable, professional, easy to work with and will meet all of your needs! If you are looking for a caterer for your wedding, wedding showers, baby showers, holiday parties, class reunions, corporate events or any other events, he’s you’re guy!

We love Simply Seafood! It was a pleasure working with them and will definitely use them for all of our events. We loved everything but especially the crab cakes!

Stephen was such a wonderful person to plan my event with. I had a casual luncheon for 40 people at my home and just needed the food prepared and dropped off. The lunch was prompt and delicious! Will use for my next event. FYI, the bread pudding and banana pudding were amazing ?

If you are looking for perfection, then look no further! Stephen is so friendly and professional and he goes above and beyond to meet your expectations. He comes dressed professionally and has a great staff as well and the presentation is gorgeous! Everything we had couldn’t have tasted better so we were beyond pleased. My guests complemented the food a lot and several people told me they went back for second and third helpings! I worried with my Venue not having a kitchen if the food would be fresh and hot because he traveled from an hour away. Stephen was so patient with me and continued to assure me that he does it all the time without a kitchen. The food was so fresh and it stayed hot the entire time so I was beyond pleased! If you choose any other caterer around then you are really missing out because Stephen is by far the best! I was totally impressed from start to finish! Stephen....you are beyond amazing and I can’t thank you enough for all your hard work in making everything so perfect!
