This place is a scam. They show as participating for the 6.99 footlongs in the app but when you try to order it you can only order a 6 inch sub so you can't get a 6.99 footlong. If they don't want to participate then they should just not participate. Not put that they are and then make it impossible to do so.

To the person who said this Subway doesn't take coupons to go to another store, you are rude and must be ignorant, bcuz I have used coupons at this very Subway and more than once. It's been a while though. I found out tonight they don't take them, no it's they no longer take them. Usually places of business do honor these coupons. Especially if one sandwich is almost $13, they should at least offer you a 6" for free. I promise I will never go to this Subway again, for 2 reasons, #1 they don't take coupons and #2 the person who said go somewhere else

Food is okay, but service is terrible. Workers are rude and make smart remarks to customers. If you want to pick an argument with someone this is the perfect place to do that because that is all they like to do.

One of the workers, who after listening I found outs name is Greg, had all of his friends come in and chat with him during his shift. Couldn’t be bothered to pay attention to me or my order. I guess there is nothing else to do in Vancleave on a Friday night but come to the subway! Won’t be back.

Slowest service in the entire world. Ordered four sandwiches online and it took over 40 minutes for them to make our order. They weren’t even busy, they just made sandwiches at the pace of a turtle with a broken leg after smoking a blunt. They also said they were understaffed but I don’t think it takes more than two people to make four sandwiches. I mean how does it physically take that long to make a sandwich?? Zero people in line after waiting for about 10 minutes in the store and it still took about 15 minutes for them to make our sandwiches. To make it even better they marked our order as “ready” on the app, but they hadn’t even started making it!! Don’t mark it ready if it isn’t ready!! Maybe I wouldn’t have had to wait in the store for 20 minutes and twiddle my thumbs. Wish I could leave a zero star review but sadly that’s not an option. Whatever you do, do not come here. Would’ve been faster to go to a subway 10 miles away than come to this dump.
