Yangs kitchen Chinese restaurant

I have been supporting Yang’s Kitchen since they first opened. We’ve ordered here consistently and have overlooked countless mistakes over time. Most of the time we either let it go or accepted replacements because we try to support local businesses.
They know us. They have my number saved. They know we always order our General Chicken sweet and NOT spicy — every single time.
On January 30th, we placed an order and specifically texted “extra sweet.” When we picked it up, it was made spicy. We called and were told it would be replaced. However, when we arrived, we were told my husband “did not say sweet,” even after he showed the text message that clearly said “extra sweet.”
Instead of honoring what was clearly a misunderstanding, they refused to replace a $10 order of chicken. After years of loyalty and overlooking their repeated mistakes, this was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
Loyal customers should matter. Unfortunately, this experience showed that they do not value loyalty or accountability.
We will not be returning.

Wish they would have kept the recipes from New China 2 because I’ve tried the new place like 3 or 4 times since they have been open and there is just no flavor and the breading on all the items are just too much! If I pay for general chicken and get more bread than chicken, we have a problem! Asian food is supposed to have flavor and the new people don’t have any! The food also seems like there is no pride in the cooking anymore! It’s just thrown together and put in a bag! I always got 30 or 40$ worth of food when New China was here and now I can’t stand yangs! If you like their food then I wouldn’t want to eat anything you cook!😂

We did carry-out, but the food was amazing, the price was AMAZING, and the Staff was so friendly and helpful! I don’t usually eat Chinese food, so when I ordered online I wasn’t sure what to order. The lady called to make sure I got what I wanted and talked me through. The food was DELICIOUS and you really got a lot of food for the money. I would definitely recommend!

I absolutely love this place! The eggrolls are amazing and of course the tso general chicken is as well. I love the food! I never have to wait when I get there, and they are always so kind. 10/10

The food here is always very delicious! My last order they forgot to give me one of my bags, and as an apology they sent me home with several drinks that we very much enjoyed. This place is run by good people that serve the community very well!

This place is a hidden gem! Small family run restaurant. I never leave reviews but I had to for this Chinese restaurant. The small staff are so welcoming and friendly. And no kidding...this is the best Chinese food i've had. The food comes quick and the prices are so reasonable.
The General Tao's Chicken is incredible. I also highly recommend the Coconut shrimp & the Black Pepper Chicken which you can order with either bell peppers or jalapeño peppers (my tavorite).
I happen to see inside the kitchen when the door was open and noticed how clean the kitchen was and asked the owners if I could take a picture to post on this review and they said yes.
Knowing the kitchen is clean always gives me peace of mind.

20 out of 10! Honestly, the best Chinese food I've ever eaten! The packaging and service was amazing as well. We're already planning our next order to try the sushi! 🍣 🍱 🥢🥠🧧
