Ain't worth a damn

So my husband went in and ordered 2 of the Turkey sandwiches. No vegetables walked back to the truck. They put onions on it. I'm allergic to onions, so my husband was nice enough to go back inside. Get me a French dip sandwich. Something that is simply impossible to screw up. But guess what? Yeah, they screwed up. I'm serious. This is the worst arby's, I've ever been to. In my life he has gone in for the third time at this moment to get the order fixed ...yet again I would be ashamed to work here

Fast service. Food was not very hot. Curly fries barely warm. Reuben did not have enough meat and only a little saurercraut, not hot, just warm.

Arby’s inside Love’s is super clean and well-maintained with friendly staff. I love grabbing their jalapeño bites and chicken tenders—quick, tasty, always fresh, and perfect for the road!

4 workers. Lady doing temp checks on the meats. Fry lady, dude that was walking around, made A sandwhich and went walking around again, and drive thru lady.
Waited 10 min to place order. After 3 people behind me got their orders 15 mins later asked about my order. Think it got bumped or something. It happens. Waited 10 more minutes as a few elderly came in. Asked for refund. They still did not put the chicken down for the ham&chicken sandwhich I had order 30min before that.
Never got food, no service, table i was waiting at; was dirty, and sticky too. Last year when I delivered around the corner, I had gotten food was really good but it did take a few extra minutes as well. Which is expected anywhere.

We attempted to order some food to go but tell me how an Arby’s is “out” of roast beef? When that is when that is their main ingredient? We were told this AFTER we were almost finished ordering our to go food. Followed by laughter from the employees? So glad this isn’t my neighborhood Arby’s because if so I would never go in there again. Would rate this location a zero if I could but not the company in general. I think the company should really retrain their employees at this location. Probably go as far as new management as well.

I live right by this restaurant and go through the drive through AT LEAST once a day. The morning workers are FANTASTIC (that is primarily when I go). We know each other by name and they are always fantastic! BUT every weekend it is complete chaos and you never know if anyone will even take your order in the drive through- if they do they usually tell you the drive through is closed and that you have to come in and they are usually out of drinks because they don’t want to change them out. They wait for the wonderful weekly morning workers to get back on Monday to do that. IF you actually get food on the weekend at the drive through your containers and cups aren’t even filled to the appropriate amount. If i was the owner of this business I would be investigating my different shifts because you are going to continue to lose business over this drastic difference in quality of worker. My family has stopped going on the weekends due to this. I tried again this morning and the same exact thing- drive through closed after waiting at the speaker for 10 minutes for someone to answer. So, so left and didn’t order (went somewhere else). As a very regular customer I finally decided to leave a review because it is ridiculous that service is this horrible on the weekends - any good owner would take heed and make staffing adjustments so you don’t lose more business than you already have.

Don’t ever come here unless you wanna wait an hour for someone to talk to you and then another hour to wait for your food horrible service horrible atmosphere. The only reason I gave it One star was because I can’t rate 0 stars.

Enjoying my WHATABURGER since I and two other people couldn’t get any service at all in the Arby’s on Ceres in Flowers, Ms. Not one employee in sight!!! At 5:30 in the evening!!

Everything was good however the last time I knew they were supposed fill the cheese cups. The ones I got were half full.

As OTR trucker’s, we eat at multiple restaurants. Usually greeted with sighs, moans and groans from the associates as if we are an inconvenience to them.

We also, almost always have to clean our own table of the remnants of the previous guest.

Finally! A breath of fresh air.

We visited this Arby’s location on 4/20/25 @ about 9:30AM.

Tables were clean, and dinning room was presentable with unoccupied chairs pushed in and clean.

Condiment/ fountain drink area was clean and well stocked. Trash receptacles were not full and were clean.

Once we got to the counter, we were greeted with a sincere smile by a young lady who appreciates what she does and her customers.

The Manager, Mrs Sharon was as busy as the rest of the crew preparing the meals of guests.

Thank you to Mrs Sharon, Ms. P, Kayla and Serenity. For the friendly service and providing us (who spend most of the year on the road) an awesome experience.
