I was sitting there eating my food, trying to book a motel. I hears someone say , she needs to eat her fries and leave. I look up and one of the female employees was looking right at me.
7 am October 30 young man working the drive thru was so professional, kind and polite. The service was quick and the items were correct. He will be the future manager. No doubt

I was here both at 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. at both times no one seemed interested in taking my order but at 9:00 a.m. they had over 10 hash browns sitting already cooked but then at 6:00 p.m. they didn't even make the fries fresh and I was one of two people in there while my order was made fast, that's not always a good thing seeing as the fries were medium warm and my burger wasn't even hot quite honestly I wish I could build a time machine go back and never order

I dont know how the food was because I was going to order but I didnt, there is so many Flies flying around its crazy everywhere u look theres flies what make you think that there not landing on the food and utensils being used, or laying fly eggs everywhere🤢 they were landing on the cups by the register and all over the walls by the bread . Im good thanks,

This place continues to disappoint. The first time I got chicken tenders they were really good. Every time since they have gotten worse. Got some today. They were solid fried chrisp clumps of inedible crap!
Vegetarian options: This place is horrible in every respect! Service is horrible and the person nel are extremely disrespectful! Will never stop here again!!!!

Got yelled at for them giving us the wrong order, only gave us half of our food after that. Asked for manager and was told they didn’t have one. After driving for 2 days just wanted something quick to eat and ended up being a headache and had to order again and they refused to give us any money back

I ordered a French dip combo with curly fries. The sandwich was cold and the fries were cold. The only thing that is hit is the au just dip. I'm very disappointed. I can't turn this 18wheeler around like a car to go back ?
Honestly this is the cleanest Arbys i ever seen, the Food bar where you can see your food made. Staff was friendly, served right away. This is how all Arbys should be kept. CLEAN! NEAT! NICE! sold me instantly coming thru the door. The women working morning shift 5/2/24 greeted me coming thru the door with Good morning and you dont get that everywhere. I see the other reviews and i think maybe just maybe they moved in a way that was impatient with the staff. Never rush the person making your food.

Arbys sucks. They always say they’re on a shift change or the drive thru is closed. 0/10 used to eat here all the time. I won’t be back. The only fast food restaurant I know that closes for a shift change.
