Honestly this is the cleanest Arbys i ever seen, the Food bar where you can see your food made. Staff was friendly, served right away. This is how all Arbys should be kept. CLEAN! NEAT! NICE! sold me instantly coming thru the door. The women working morning shift 5/2/24 greeted me coming thru the door with Good morning and you dont get that everywhere. I see the other reviews and i think maybe just maybe they moved in a way that was impatient with the staff. Never rush the person...
We went thru the drive-thru on cross-country our road trip. The girl at the window was very friendly and pleasant, but the the roast beef sandwiches we ordered were…not up to par. Something tasted off in the meat. We only were able to get 1/2 way thru each of our sandwiches before just throwing them away. The meat hadn’t gone bad, but perhaps had freezer burn? In any case, had we been eating inside, we would’ve requested a refund or a different type of sandwich.

We visited this Arby’s location on 4/20/25 @ about 9:30AM.
Tables were clean, and dinning room was presentable with unoccupied...
