It wasn't bad. I ate the food. Sushi was really good. The main meal wasn't anything to write home about. Like it's fine but it definitely wasn't worth $30. Also it's not hibachi like you think it is. It's just a sit down restaurant. They don't cook it in front of you and do a show or anything.
Being from out-of- town this was my first visit. The reviews drew me here hoping for a “good” sushi experience. My wife is Japanese & we’ve traveled throughout Japan & eaten remarkable sushi so I have to adjust my expectations. I had a spicy sushi roll combo & it was average. The fish was minced so uniformly fine is was like puree paste to the degree that it lost lthe distinctive flavor of salmon, tuna, Hamachi. My wife had the 9-piece sushi set. She enjoyed...
Amazing food, but my favorite is the sashimi. When I eat sashimi I like it cold, it has a better flavor when it is colder than a warmer refridgerator and the do an excellent job. Very good!
