Was stoked to find out, that I could get an actual ice-cream cone In Vicksburg, MS! Even better, they have chocolate waffle cones made out of #Oreo cookies. Lovely young employee named Macey with the pretty blue-green ocean eyes, she was so kind and helpful!Thank you, Macey!I ordered mint chocolate chip ice-cream & chocolate ice-cream to go in my chocolate cone...Baskin-Robbins mint has thin ribbons of chocolate as their chips & the chocolate was quite tasty, yummmmm!Shop is very clean & nice touch with the shop schedule being digital in the window! ??Great 1st experience at this location! ?

Every visit has been fine up until today. My daughter has been doing so much extra to help me while I go through some hellacious medical treatments. Helping with chores, staying on top of her schoolwork, looking after our animals, etc. Thought I’d take her for a quick scoop of ice cream. 8:28PM. They close at 9:00. Didn’t even plan to order anything stupidly long to make. A single scoop of ice cream in a bowl. Simple. I get the nastiest attitude and ugly look from the redhead female. I asked to confirm, did they in fact stay open until 9:00…someone please buy this girl a gallon of anti aging cream. The horrid faces she made, are going to give her a million wrinkles by the time she graduates. The only reason I didn’t adjust her little wagon, was due to her more than likely being a minor. Call me when you’re grown, kid. I spend probably 50 bucks a month on ice cream, used you guys for birthday parties and all that jazz. I carried my happy self to Dairy Queen. Thanks for the memories.

This place is awful so not go here. The manager was horrible. Tried to make us pay for a shake that was like water. We asked for them to fix it and was told we would have to pay for it anyway. The manager followed us out of the store mouthing ..we think he even followed us in his car. What is wrong with people..

I was in Vicksburg for a musical event at Anchuca, and I was thrilled to see a Baskin Robbins in the area, so of course, I stopped!What an awkward experience! I said hello to the young lady working and asked how she was doing, not once, but twice... with no response!I then ordered, and she did a nice job preparing everything. And my goodness, one scoop in a plain waffle cone, $5.25! Wow! I've never been in an ice cream place where the person working didn't speak to you though! That was both interesting and somewhat awkward!I did enjoy every bite of that delicious chocolate peanut butter ice cream!!

Visited on Nov. 22, 2022, Vicksburg, Ms. Clay Street, purchased 2 scoops, was charged extra for whipped topping and nut toppings, 99 cents each (had a very tiny tiny bit of each one)!!!!!! A relative went in to make the purchased, and had I checked my receipt before eating it, I would have gone into store for refund!!!!! We visit BR often, at another location, have never had these extra fees!!! There would not have been a problem if I was given 99cents WORTH of each item!!!!!!!! WILL NOT GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great service and ice cream. Next visit: Took Marilyn and the kids, after pizza, the pralines and cream ice cream was awesome. They had plenty of help, so the service was prompt and polite.

Quality was great, I do feel sorry however that one of three people was serving behind the counter, we had 5 in our party and it took way longer than needed while two other employees chatted behind the counter with no interest in assisting the one lady tending to all 5 of us!

It is not worth going to this place any more they done downsized the prepack half gallons down to quit size and it is not worth the money. I'll never go here again
