This place was amazing. Kiara, who waited on us was friendly and helpful. I had a scoop of the chocolate jalapeno ice cream and it was phenomenal. I sampled everyone else in my family's selections and all were superb. These included the Salted Caramel, the Cookie Dough and the Pecan Brownie Sundae. All of these were made in-house. Everything seemed reasonably priced also. If I am ever in Vicksburg again, I will definitely be back!

My family and I were on our way home from the beach, and after eating pizza we wanted to get some ice cream. The Scoop has the best customer service, incredible ice cream, and I love that it’s faith based. Would highly recommend! Note: the young guys working on August 3, 2024 were so nice and respectful.

Hair in strawberry shortcake ice cream.The guy at the window was so rude. Never offered an apology. Upon asking for the manager, his response was I am the manager. Keep saying well I didnt fix it. And even stated that he didn’t care, I hope that he really wasn’t the manager. Poor customer service

Friendly staff prepared cones for our school group. Delicious custard-style, hand-dipped ice cream.
Stopped at what we thought was BOPS , ordered 2 medium turtles no cherry and tipped while waiting. Got the turtles and immediately noticed the cups were hot. Assumed it was due to the hot fudge. Dug past the topping and the entire ice cream cup was semi frozen and partial liquid. We salvaged what was able to be enjoyed. I -also had a problem with how the pecans tasted roasted, not really sure what that was about lol. I appreciated the smile from the lady working tonight but more than likely we won’t be back.
