The staff is awesome! They make you feel like you are their most important customer. The frozen treats are unique. Milkshakes, frozen custards, Italian ices, banana splits, and a ton of other items are on their menu. You don’t find this combination of flavors, toppings, and love at just any store. You cannot go wrong with any menu choice.
This place was amazing. Kiara, who waited on us was friendly and helpful. I had a scoop of the chocolate jalapeno ice cream and it was phenomenal. I sampled everyone else in my family's selections and all were superb. These included the Salted Caramel, the Cookie Dough and the Pecan Brownie Sundae. All of these were made in-house. Everything seemed reasonably priced also. If I am ever in Vicksburg again, I will definitely be back!
My family and I were on our way home from the beach, and after eating pizza we wanted to get some ice cream. The Scoop has the best customer service, incredible ice cream, and I love that it’s faith based. Would highly recommend! Note: the young guys working on August 3, 2024 were so nice and respectful.
