After giving this spot chance after chance…I can’t do it anymore. The food is good but the service is god-awful. Just plain terrible for years. I ordered a combo breakfast meal on a Sunday morning and it was nowhere NEAR busy at all. The whole time there was only 1 car in front of me (already waiting) and NO OTHER CAR behind me the entire 15 minutes I had to wait for my meal. As soon as I left after getting my food, a car finally pulled up behind me at the pay window. No business and it took that long?!? Unacceptable and I will no be going back here EVER again. Just plain pitiful. And my hash browns weren’t even hot or warm…right at room temperature.

The absolute best Burger King I have ever been to! We were in the middle of a bad weather drive to beat winter storms from Memphis TN to San Antonio TX overnight and we needed a meal and bathroom break right before the in-store dining was closing up. I have never seen such a clean store to start with. Amazing!!! The staff was so nice and even double checked that we were sure we didn't want to take the time to sit and eat before hitting the road again. We had to push through, but thank you so much for your hospitality! And the meals we got hit the spot and were deliciously fresh!

The food was warm, tasted good and my order was made correctly and in a timely manner. I didn’t go inside this time but the lot was clean and laid out well. Plenty of room to park and navigate an easy to enter an exit. I gave all those aspects four stars only so that I could give Miss Mary and her all the five stars! She was courteous and well spoken, easily understood, and attentive to my questions. I’d be hard pressed signs any better in our area or otherwise.Parking: Not at issue, it’s actually pretty spacious and well appointed.Kid-friendliness: If your kids are friendly then they will receive friendly service. Now, if they are running wild, hollering and screaming like some heathens; well, your experience is likely different than mine.Wheelchair accessibility: They have ramps wide door and accessible seating in the dining area. Can’t speak to the restrooms appointments, but I suspect that they follow suit after all this is a national chain. We’re talking about and their establishments pretty much standardized.
I was driving from Grambling State University's homecoming, heading back to New Orleans. I needed to use the restroom ? so I stopped. I was the only customer inside. THE BATHROOM WAS AMAZINGLY CLEAN! You could smell BLEACH and not some funny smelling cleaner that a lot of places use. I was impressed with the professionalism as well. This is definitely my new go-to stop when traveling through Vicksburg. KUDOS to this store, the owner, and the employees! ❤️????Vegetarian options: The Impossible Whopper is AMAZING!

Don't know about the food or anything cause after 5 minutes of standing at the counter I was never waited on. When I turned to leave a lady who was expediting orders to drive thru finally asked if I was ready to order as I was leaving.Worst service since Arnold was the district manager.
