I was pretty disappointed with this location. The traffic flow, both in the drive-thru and inside, was poorly designed and made the visit frustrating from the start. The nuggets were noticeably small, and the grilled chicken had an unpleasant smell that was honestly off-putting. On top of that, several empty tables were dirty, which took away from the overall dining experience. This location did not meet the usual Chick-fil-A standards.

My Pleasure was not it on December 30, 2025. I ordered a Cobb Salad. Upon getting the salad, it was only grilled chicken, lettuce and 3 egg slices. I do not know what happened to the other ingredients. I gave it back to the cashier and told her all the ingredients missing and her response “this is what you ordered a Cobb Salad”. Correct and I pointed to the Cobb salad on the menu board and read all that should be on the salad. So looking dumb founded, she went to 3 of her coworkers to discuss my disappointment. I said to the four of them, I know what I ordered and what is missing. I for another freshly made salad because the salad was passed from hand to hand. The incompetent 4 really thought I was the incompetent one. The just as lost manager comes out with a salad not being able to look at me and like shoves the salad to me with an attitude. Again, I told her I do not want this. She, cowardly telling me what they do not have to put it on the salad. The My Pleasure dummies had the right one. I said all this to say, “the pleasure is not with them all because there are some MOO ATTITUDES on Halls Ferry Road Chick-Fil-A”.

Not family friendly! If I could give it zero stars I would. Traveling through with my newborn and figured that Chick Fil A, a family friendly place, would be a great stop for food and to change my baby. Only changing table available in the men’s rr and no hot or warm water available. I’d avoid this location if you need anything more than an overpriced nugget.

This is my first time dining experience with a Chick-fil-A restaurant. I found it to be very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. I am not a huge fan of chicken that does not have bones in them.

Amaya was the cashier that rung me up. It was at the end of her shift clearly because she took my order and rolled out. I stood there for the longest until I left another team member know I needed a my drink. She could have at least passed my order onto someone else. Lackadaisical attitude. You’ll go far Amaya.
Ordered the spicey chicken sandwich meal. It came with exactly burger bun, piece of dry chicken and nothing else. With the cost of the meal I expect to at least get some mayo to choke down the dry chicken. Will not go back.

I ordered two of the maple bacon grilled chicken sandwich meals, neither one had bacon. I ordered a side salad also, well they gave me the kale salad, yuck! The girl hands me my sweet tea well the lid was not on all the way, so half of it went on me! I don't know where they are finding these kids to work there, but come on for $30 to eat there, y'all can do better!

Recently the quality of service has greatly went down. They take forever! Just spent 27 minutes in the drive through waiting for a mobile order only to get to the window and told it's not ready need you to go park.
