I usually only go to China King when Asian Kitchen is closed or I'm unable to get to Sun Izakaya. Unfortunately, every time I do, I end up regretting it.
The food quality is consistently poor—especially the texture and taste. The fried rice is underwhelming, and even something as standard as General Tso’s chicken misses the mark. On top of that, getting the correct order seems like a coin toss. Sometimes it's right, but more often than not, something’s wrong.
This most recent visit just confirmed what I already knew: I won’t be coming back. If you’re looking for Chinese food in Vicksburg, I strongly recommend going anywhere else. Honestly, I think even El Sombrero could do a better job.

Well, I just left there. I ordered mongolian chicken. That is not what I received. I dont know what this dish is but its not that ! The food is not bad but its not what I ordered. Rice was ok. Wings were huge and tasted ok. Didn't like the garlic wings... They kinda tasted like left over bbq. No.

Food was bland. Pepper chicken wasn't peppery at all and was very dry. Sesame chicken was not hot and had little flavor. Egg rolls were mushy.
I had to wait twice as long as I was told and the kitchen staff was very obviously arguing amongst each other.
The highlights were the nice young lady working the counter and the cheese wontons. Everything else was not worth the calories. Oh, and no fortune cookies.....

So dissatisfied. I don't know what has happened to them. The food used to be great quality, but now, stale, old tasting. Even the sweet & sour sauce is weird tasting. We kept ordering from them thinking they were just having a bad day. But three tries is enough. Never again!

Great food, great service!!!! Definitely recommend!!!! I have searched for a Chinese restaurant in Vicksburg and couldn’t find the right place that checked all of my boxes until today!!!!!! This has become my new favorite place. Will definitely be back!

Do not leave a tip, they do not give it to the employees and if you give it to them in their hand they will take it away.

I ordered wings and was told 10-15mins but after 20 minutes the owner told me maybe I should have went to CHURCH's CHICKEN ON CLAY ST and proceeded to try and argue and get me riled up...no ma'am just no more of my business for you. TERRIBLE customer service here..they do not appreciate your hard earned $$. The restaurant looks closed and they act like it!!
