My wife and I visited as part of our trip to the Vicksburg NMP. Got in late and decided to eat light before bed. I ordered the two biscuits and a side supper, and got ONE biscuit and a side. Did not mean to eat quite that light. The food was sub-par for Cracker Barrel, and I was disappointed to say the least.

I travel frequently, and Cracker Barrel consistently meets my expectations for quality, taste, and service. This location was no exception. The food was flavorful, and the service was excellent. Bri, my server, was friendly and attentive. I appreciated the great experience so much that I came back for a second visit during the same week.

Duke (Latoya) was absolutely incredible. From the moment we walked in, to sitting us, taking our order and checking on us in making sure we were good, she was fantastic! Food was great and coffee topped off, could not have asked for a better experience!!

The only thing frustrating about our visit was we had 15% off our check but it did not accept it. I have Cracker Barrel rewards but what's the point if it doesn't accept them?

The chicken was batter and dried out, the greens taste like leftovers, waiting time was over 45 minutes I guess we came and ordered at the wrong time never had this bad experience before .
