Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

The nice thing about Cracker Barrel Old Country Store is consistency in appearance and friendliness of the staff. I’ve never been in one that didn’t do well in both regards. The struggle is the food. While the offerings are the same, quality, taste, and presentation are not. My scrambled eggs were runny, the hash brown casserole was undercooked and they didn’t have any gravy at 7:30 in the morning. Not my best experience food-wise but the people were great and smiling and happy so that helped but it’s a restaurant so the food part is pretty important. I love Cracker Barrel so I’ll keep stopping in, just maybe not this one again.

Our server Dior was outstanding. She was very friendly, she is an asset to your business during a time when people barely speak to you.

I had to sit and watch my family eat because the cook staff refused to accommodate my food allergy I asked if my chicken could be grill on a clean skillet away from fish and was told no they couldn't cook my chicken away from fish without constantly having to clean a surface I will not be returning to this establishment

Recipes have changed and not for the better. Jelly was the same! Don't waste your money. I used to enjoy Cracker Barrel.

I placed a call in order and after waiting 5 plus minutes I was told I could no longer order the 30 Oz turnip greens unless I was ordering a full meal. I have done this so many times and was very disappointed. I ordered green beans instead and had to send back because it was not a 30 oz. Each visit gets worse. 🤨

The food was fine but the service was terrible. Constantly had to ask for a waiter, ended up with four different waiters taking care of us.

Terrible! From service to the food. Waited for over 30 minutes for service after being seated, had to get the attention of our "server" to get a refill on drinks and the food was not hot when we did finally get it. And it was not busy. The girl waiting on us had three tables in her section. I do believe we were racially profiled. Never again

When ordering take out make sure to check it right then and there. They have a habit of not giving you your whole order. Also check for condiments, forks, spoons napkins, you won’t get them if you don’t ask. Great people though
