I know Cracker Barrel isn’t fine dining, but we’ve been to enough to know what to expect. The food was horrible. My wife’s collards tasted bad and almost mad her sick. The fried okra was mushy. The other person with us was told 10 minutes after we all ordered his chicken pot pie would be a long delay and had to order something else. His next order finally came after we ate what little was edible. I also had what I think was water spilled by the waitress down my pants leg off her serving tray. The whole experience was not good. The manager did take some off the bill. This just wasn’t a normal Cracker Barrel experience compared to others. As a substitute for the collards we were supposed to get fried apples which never came. At that point we just paid and left. The trout also tasted off.

This review is only for this location. We were so disappointed. We have been traveling and wanted to eat breakfast.When we arrive they were not busy. If you ever eaten at Cracker Barrel, you will know that a lot of times they are very busy and you have to wait or be paid put on a waiting list to be able to be seated. We got lucky we got seated right away. There were only 7 tables with guest eating or waiting.Our waitress did not come check on us. I literally had to get up and go asked the hostess if she could find her and let her know that we needed more coffee and I needed a straw for my water she had disappeared .Finally our waitress came out with our food. My eggs were cold and over cooked. I asked for scrambled soft/ light and the pancakes were gross too. Spongey pancakes.. The cook(s) are not good during this. My husband food was cold too.I can’t recommend anything since my food was no good.

I Love the Restaurants Cracker Barrel, are very good food, hot and great taste, also affordable prices I really recommend if you're on the road or trip. I forgot to mention that my Server Shantavia was Super nice and very professional, she did a great job and recommended to ask for her !
