Service was not great but it was busy so I kinda get it. Server kept leaving too fast for me to ask for what else I needed and did not seem like she wanted to be there. The street tacos use this weird ground meat instead of grilled steak which is what I’m used to. It’s not good.

We came in to have lunch, and I asked for a table to in order accommodate my medical equipment. They told me that there were no tables available and that I’d have to wait at least half an hour for a table, so we agreed to sit our family (and my equipment) in a booth. On the way to the booth, we passed multiple tables in the same section the booth was in, including one small enough for us. They spoke in Spanish to each other, not realizing that I’m Mexican (fair complected), so I knew there were tables available but since we were 3 guests they didn’t want to seat us at a table- not even the one that was missing chairs, plus multiple four tops on the way to our section. I corrected them in Spanish and reminded them that of ADA law. My accommodation request was not unreasonable and could have been easily accommodated. We eat here often, and the servers are always great. Food is decent. I’ve defended them against people who have been awful to their servers. I will not do so again. There were five people at the host station and no line so it would’ve been easy for one of them to verify that there were tables available. They chose instead to lie to us. We left and went elsewhere. As a fellow restaurant owner, I’m really disappointed that our favorite Mexican restaurant would do this to people who clearly needed a disability accommodation. #SinVerguenza
