This place is ok. They need to upgrade. Most of the lanes were stopping in the middle of the games, so our times were running out. The arcade area is really small. It has about 8 games. My youngest had fun because she won so many prizes.

Let me say this place has the potential to be TOP NOTCH. I WOULD'VE GIVEN THEM A 5 STAR,BUT HERE'S MY TAKE ON IT.. THE ATMOSPHERE AND SCENERY IS BEAUTIFUL. MY PROBLEM WAS THE LANES WERE TOO DRY, MANY OF THE LANES WERE DOWN DUE TO MAINTENANCE. THE BUMPERS WERE NOT ALL WORKING, AND ONE YOUNG MAN WAS WALKING BACK & FORTH THROUGH OUR AREA LIKE HE WAS LOST, ALTHOUGH HE WORKED THERE. YOU CAN'T SLIP OR SKIP ON THE MAINTENANCE. PLEASE OIL THE LANES, THE OIL MACHINE...

Nice location, nice decor, prices and on the high side but not wallet breaking, staff is friendly and knowledgeable, music can get too loud to hear the person sitting right next to you and carpet needs to be shampooed.
