How I can't get the food I want then this huge loud black female in a bonnet ghetto typical....is the manager, must didn't require anything but a ged if that..sad, will never in life patronize again. Got better food service in Baghdad and Afghanistan.....will call cooperate and file BBB

I placed my order for a famous bowl and received 5 pieces of chicken.Not only did I not receive the correct portion,the chicken was old and hard.This biscuit was just as hard.Called the location back several times and no answer.Worst ever and I had already been at work 10 hours and wanted something fresh hot and good.if you are going to give quality products to your customers just close down.KFC at 2915 Clay Street Vicksburg Ms

We went thru drive thru. Ordered 3 pot pies. Paid. Gal said to pull up to wait for order. Finally after 15 minutes we walked to drive thru window and gal said pot pies take 22 minutes to bake. She should have stated that when we ordered. Or when we paid. Or why we were pulling forward to wait 25 minutes. Better communication was needed
