Went through drive thru and attempted to place order. Someone came on speaker and said "go ahead w your order"I said "I'd like to get a 3 PC tender meal". No response.. waited 2-3 mins.. and said "hello"..She said "go ahead w your order"I again said "I'd like to get a 3 PC tender meal". Again No response.. waited 2-3 mins... and no response..So I left..As I drove off... i could see workers playing inside via the drive thru window. .Great experience for a newly opened business. ?♀️

Ordered an 8 piece dinner with obviously a new employee or maybe not. Got to window and told 56.08. I said for one, and the girl that took the order said I ordered two. No.Food was not fresh and fried cooked quite awhile early as they are soggyNever going back.

The person on the speaker was very rude and impatient.
Takes forever to get food, the employees are too busy talking with guests out in the lobby and no one to take order. I walked out after 5 minutes of waiting and there was no one in front of me in line

This was one of the oddest locations of KFC I've been to. The inside closed at like 2pm? So we went through the drive thru and ordered several things. One of which was the Nashville hot chicken. I've had it before (not from here) and they are usually given a lot of spice and tossed in the oils to coat. These look like somebody sneezed a few droplets of spice on and forgot the oil. I was definitely disappointed and given dry flavorless tenders.
