Steak house prices for truck stop quality. It’s in a casino, prices will always be higher. Just look at the $8.00 pecan pie! Came an hour before the posted closing time. Was treated as if was a late last minute customer, felt rushed, food is edible but not special. The take out place seemed to have fairer priced items and food was as good there.

My husband and I went to sandbar grill on 10/26/24 we made it there at 7:15pm . Our waitress only had one other couple sitting in her area. So we sat down and she came and took our drink and food order. When she came back with our drinks she stop at the other table first and started talking with the men about his personal life all while holding our drinks. The waitress and the men held a conversation for about 5 minutes before she came and sat our drinks down. So we ask her can she go make us some fresh drinks because they where just talking over our drinks. So she did and came back and just throw our drink on the table. So I order a grilled chicken salad and my husband order a steak and potatoe. We saw people that came 20 minute after we did getting there food where the other waitress where. But our waitress stayed at the other table talking to the men. she never came back to our table. So about 8:20pm we saw a manger and ask can we just pay for our drinks because they never brung our food and the waitress never came back to our table. So the manger went in the back and brung our food out and said its been finish I don't know why she didn't bring it out. Our food was cold so it had just been sitting there. The waitress was still at the table with the men again talking about his personal life. and the manger didn't even call her over to our table to ask why she didn't bring our food. All the manger did was offer to give it to use free. We will not return to this place again.

Wait for a text.Food is subpar but hey no other choices so they don't have to wok too hard for stars.Sandbar used to be across the river from my hometown and they used to be so good. Now...take a number and wait for your bag of grease.Ignore the fancy pictures online. What you see is NOT what you get.

Ms. Stephanie is very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. There is no need to eat outside the casino. This is a great spot. Food is always phenomenal ? ? I recommend the catfish/fries with grilled chicken salad and cheesecake for dessert! The ribeye steaks are delicious as well. The server name Tricey gave great customer service! She was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed from refills on drinks, condiments, and made sure our order was made right!
