The McAlister’s club wasn’t as good as it used to be. The French Dip was okay, but no Au jus. No pickles for either sandwich. The potato salad was okay. I didn’t know the drinks were extra. Not sure when we will come back.

There was a worker who started SCREAMING AND CUSSING at this couple who walked in to order. She made a big scene and frightened everyone. NOBODY working there did anything about it! The food is good, but I can't deal with that kind of CRAZY! I can't believe they let their workers treat customers like that. The couple wasn't doing anything as far as I could tell. They were quiet. They ordered and left quietly. It was BIZARRE!!!
I tried their Signature McAlister Club. While the service was fast, (less than 10 min), the sandwich was just average. The tomatoes weren't ripe, and the bacon was sparse. They used Miracle Whip on the sandwich rather than mayonnaise. The plate with sides was more than adequate for lunch. I would come back because of the variety of other menu items. The French Dip looked good, and my coworkers were happy with it.
Really quick service, clean place with a good atmosphere. Prices are very good Food is ok.

Wife's order was completely incorrect. She has to have gluten free. Brought out with the wrong ingredients, took back and send it back with wheat bread. Took back and they said it was gluten free, but it was not.
New employees are dirty and sketchy. When at pickup window the wait is frequently up to 10 minutes as they stare at you, don’t come to the window, waddle around, talk to eachother, then EVENTUALLY one will come over after SEVERAL MINUTES, mumble something incoherent, and start handing over random togo orders. It appears theyre all on drugs.
Why would I ever come back here? Absolutely TERRIBLE service

If you order your nacho fixens on the side, because your son has food allergies, and they deliver his rotel with your nachos without telling you…and yall eat them WITH THE NACHOS they came with…they will charge you another 4.99 for rotel because “they sent it out with your nachos”. Then argue with you “that is how they always do it. “ 🤦🏼♀️ “They are sorry YOU misunderstood”. 😐
$60 for the three of us to eat pre-rotel issue.
