Staff goofing off instead of attending to customers. Food was typical sandwich shop food, but not bad for a late supper.

We eat at this location when we're passing through Vicksburg. Based on what we saw it looks this place will be shutting down soon. Sign at the register said take out only but then they allowed us to dine in. Had to order on one register and pay on another one. Seemed like there more than enough employees to provide dine-in service but maybe no motivated to work.
Sandwiches were just ok. Broccoli cheese soup had no broccoli. Chicken and avacado caesar salad was very small in size and had very little chicken and no avacado. Lemonade was excellent. Overpriced and disappointing.

This place is actually unbelievable. Claim to be “out of everything”. Numerous people walking around the kitchen who are clearly not employees, fixing themselves drink. Employee at the front is on her phone, with her hand under her shirt . Without a doubt one of the worst run places I have been in, ever.

I picked up my order at drive thru after reading rave reviews I had expectations which were crushed. The nachos were corn chips and a cups of mish mashed toppings that seemed in an expired condition. The broccoli soup that was rated best was cool and also seemed expired, I couldnt eat it either, next came the french dip, bread seemed ok,lots of meat, but it was in a big hard lump, not hot and unpleasant first cold bite. I was travelling, so heating these up were not an option, the au jus was cool not hot. Next comes my mac n cheese, no bueno. Try harder, you are next to several hotels with lots of potential new customers, some of whom risked their safety walking down steep hill to dine in, I hope they had hotter better food

Under most circumstances, I would give 4 stars. But I am giving 2 for a simple reason. No matter if I specifically request it, if its detailed on the menu, etc- in store or to go, we never get the pickle spears. And we like pickle spears. We would prefer getting the pickle spears.

Not so great Lunch! When you don't have a lot of time for lunch, you expect to get what you ordered accompanied with eating utensils and napkins. Not Today they omitted both! Then they leave off the pickle I ordered. It's difficult to eat a spud max without a spoon or fork or eat a sandwich with mayo without napkins and then the missing pickle. Not happy-2 thumbs down

Ordered take out for supper. Very steady flow of people. Not many eating in, however, many to go orders. Had a reuben, new yorker, italian, and blt. All very good. Each came with a side, tried the fruit cup, potato chips, and potato salad.

I’m a fan of McAllister’s, not this location. I ordered online and when I opened my food, both meals were missing something, were cold and not edible.

This was the first time in quite a while we ate ai McAlister's because of bad service at another location in Louisiana. We will definitely return to this location when we are in Little Rock. The food and service was very good

The portions are getting smaller and smaller. The quality of the food has really declined. I use the pick up window. Have to check my order carefully because something is always missing. Going to stop going.

The McAlister’s club wasn’t as good as it used to be. The French Dip was okay, but no Au jus. No pickles for either sandwich. The potato salad was okay. I didn’t know the drinks were extra. Not sure when we will come back.
