“I love getting my breakfast at McDonalds. I was disappointed today to get home with black coffee when I asked for certain amounts of cream and sugar in my coffee. Ordinarily, I wouldn’t say a word but today I was so put off by the lady at the second window. She was so busy talking to someone that she didn’t greet me -and I’m ok with that- but even as she passed my coffee out the window, her head was turned around talking to someone inside the store. I believe had she been paying more attention, she would’ve gotten my order right. The lady at the first window was awesome! My sausage egg biscuit was perfect!“
“They greeted me at the drive thru promptly. The young lady at the pay window smiled and said thank you. My food order was complete, and condiments placed in the bag. Their service was friendly, fast, and complete. Keep up the good work. Thanks!“
“Although I’m not typically a fan of McDonald’s, I would recommend visiting this particular location in Vicksburg. The service is excellent, and the crew members are hardworking, unlike at other McDonald’s locations. Larry, in particular, is very helpful. If he’s working when you visit, you can be sure you won’t have to wait long.
