Waited over 30 minutes for my food. Was not offered an apology for the delay in the food. Spent several hours here and was the only person in the lobby, catching up with some work on my computer. Was told that I'd have to order food every 30 minutes and that the lobby was closing... over an hour before the posted closing time.

Did a mobile app order, and still had to wait 15 minutes for my order. I was told the delay was for hot fries, however, the fries we as warm as the employees attitudes (to include the manager). I would call corporate, but they never return the call or make it right. This is the third time they have forgotten something, this time a mcchicken, and I never see any improvement. It may be difficult to care if the corporate managers and owners do not care. No one greeted me when I came in, and I made eye contact with no less than 4 employees, one of which being a manager.

This is a consistently good McDonalds. The staff is nice and quick to take your order (I hate when they expect you to use the kiosk). They will bring your food to the table also. The only thing I do not like about this location is the do not have self serve fountain drinks.

When the kids get out from shoemaker- just stay away. It's not the kids. Its the chaos that depends upon the staff. Does it get busy? Yes! Absolutely. The high schoolers pack it out. Is it loud? Yes, they are teens. Are they doing anything? No. They order, wait, chat. However, this rush is not handled very well at all. I've been served RAW food, not once- but twice during this busy time. The first time it was a raw chicken sandwich for the teen with me. The second time I got a still frozen fish sandwich. I feel like they are extremely negligent during this busy time because, most of the customers are kids. Drive through is a focus, while a packed out lobby is ignored for 20 minutes at a time. Most people just order at the machines during this time. I worked at McDonald's as a teen. We would get swamped too. However, I can't excuse raw food, twice. Raw chicken and fish especially.

Order 10 pc, chicken nuggets. Seems like they have gotten a lot smaller and skinner. They weren't cooked all the way because you can bite into it and you can taste the batter. They were alot slimer..
Service took well over 45 minutes and they kept calling orders that were AFTER my order. They were calling orders out of order and getting them wrong. No one knew what they were doing. Service was HORRIBLE!!!!!! Chunky white lady with eye that is wild was telling people to wait when their order was called BUT bags were just sitting in the back not being passed out to people and some were ready.

Not gonna lie I don’t expect much from McDonald’s but I was disappointed and a bit upset when me and my fiancé got home to eat and found their shredded cheese label in his Big Mac. I’ve worked in food service before and I know those labels can fall off but it’s still not acceptable to lose one in someone’s food. Also hope y’all remembered to change that cheese out around 2 you had an hour left according to the label👍
