I ordered a sausage egg McMuffin no cheese. I get home, opened the sandwich and what do I have - an Egg McMuffin. I called to tell them what I was given and the nerve of the young lady that answered the phone to tell me to bring it back with the receipt. I said, “ma’am I’m home getting ready for church”. She then told me to keep the sandwich and bring it back along with the receipt. What kind of mess is that? It’s not like it was a steak biscuit and McDonald’s is not all that as much.

Very clean restaurant and bathroom. Very nice and fast. Food was fresh and made properly. Best McDonald’s I’ve been to in a long time.

I love getting my breakfast at McDonalds. I was disappointed today to get home with black coffee when I asked for certain amounts of cream and sugar in my coffee. Ordinarily, I wouldn’t say a word but today I was so put off by the lady at the second window. She was so busy talking to someone that she didn’t greet me -and I’m ok with that- but even as she passed my coffee out the window, her head was turned around talking to someone inside the store. I believe had she been paying more attention, she would’ve gotten my order right. The lady at the first window was awesome! My sausage egg biscuit was perfect!

Placed a mobile order and went to pick it up. They claimed they did not have the order, but my app stated the order was completed. I was fully charged for this order, payment was completed and no longer pending. Someone in the business office called me when I left a complaint & they stated I should be refunded within a week. Two weeks later, still no refund and I’ve been charged. This location steals your money.

I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt but today was the end for me. Went thru the drive thru at the Clay St store before breakfast. Ordered and paid quickly. No receipt was given. Paid in cash. Was asked to move up and wait after getting my drink. Waited over 15 mins for a bacon, egg, cheese biscuit meal. All while 37 cars went around me. Finally a worker came outside but not with my order. I asked her if she could check on mine. She went back in, came back out again and asked me what my order was, then eventually came out with it. She did apologize for the wait but 18 mins is too long to wait on a biscuit.
