The employees are friendly and efficient, and the food is fresh. The french fries are always hot and crunchy, and the chicken nuggets and sandwiches are popular favorites. However, there is room for improvement with the premium chicken sandwiches, which are sometimes cold or chewy due to not being made to order. The staff works hard and tries to make orders right, even if there are occasional mistakes like receiving a hamburger instead of a cheeseburger. The service is excellent, and crew members are helpful, especially when the manager Larry is working. The restaurant also provides a separate door for wheelchair accessibility.
